The only way to get better is by playing and working on your mechanics and being creative, trying to find ways to counter the strongest build orders that you're losing to. If you can't find a way to beat a certain build order, try playing as that race and learning it. If you can do the build that keeps beating you (say 4gate Protoss for example) and find an opponent who can beat it, then you now know a way to beat the strategy that gave you trouble originally! Many of the greatest pro-gamers in Brood War history got there by playing various styles/races and developing some perspective before settling on one race to perfect. Flash (one of the best players in Brood War) was originally a cheeser and frequently played/plays off-race against friends, this may be why he is able to be the 'ultimate weapon' with a perfect understanding of timings and game flow in all matchups! Also all the top gamers keep a strong exercise schedule. If you can, try to eat healthy (don't be afraid to eat a lot!) and try to work out maybe 20 minutes of cardio a day, and a strength-training workout (maybe 45 minutes to an hour) every other day. Do squats, bench-press, and curls, and don't be afraid to start very, very, very light if you're weak, you'll rapidly build up your strength, especially if you're eating right (protein is good!) Having a healthy body will help you not only in life, but also in Starcraft. And remember, Starcraft is not 'win or lose', it's 'win or learn'. Every loss should mean something to you and teach you something about how to be a better gamer. This isn't true only for Starcraft, but for everything in life. Good luck to you, and I hope you'll find success :D

P.S. + Show Spoiler + I'll add you for PvP practice :D
