She's an idiot. I don't get this? She's making some generality about an entire people based off a couple instances, and it's just blatantly stupid. I see a blond-dyed haired girl make a stupid video and post it on the internet, so now that means all blond-dyed haired girls make stupid videos and post them on the internet. Logic win right there. I see people of all races doing the things she complains about in the video.

This is just a case of people thinking that because they can put something on the Internet, they should put something on the internet.

Also, I'm a white male, so to answer the OP's question, I don't understand how people can act like that either, and I don't think that's a general feeling.

but it is true that people talking annoyingly in the libraries tend to be asians (chinese)
although this may have to do with the fact that asians frequent libraries more than other races

the point still stands

from what she has encountered from asians in UCLA, i would say her response is perfectly reasonable
the issue is, she hasn't really had a well-balanced exposure so i guess in that sense, she is ignorant
but it only seems like she has a mild grudge against a specific sub-group of asians (asians in ucla who talk in the library in the phone/or have meals prepared by their mothers), i think it's acceptable

I go to UCLA, my friends and I were laughing about how the stereotypes seemed to be reversed, Asians are usually studying in the library and being really quiet and I haven't seen anyone's parents doing laundry for them, my friends say they've seen white people having their parents do laundry and that's it.

general sentiment here seems to be "fuck that bitch"

I'm sorry how do people like this get into UCLA? I am honestly confused I mean I may not know much about this person but from this 3 minute video I can say what in the FUCK is going on here? This has to be a joke and political science? Dumb fucking bitch burn in a fire this makes me MAD AS FUCK knowing I probably will not get into UCLA due to my bad GPA but there is no way in fucking hell this dumb bitch studying political science deserves to be in UCLA. UCLA is like high masters' league, you're in the top 1-2% and it sounds impressive but it doesn't mean much. Ivy League is like going to Korea and competing in GSL.

So just like you have random cheesers in high masters, you have people like her at UCLA.

not really, considering that she probably came from a hicktown in middle of usa and her experiences with asians are limited to these things only, she is not acting too out of line (that is, i am assuming she doesn't have a full-blown hate against asians thing going on)
