Hi, welcome to my music blog (really cool and original name for a blog, I know). After recieving some positive responses from the TL members on the 2 previous music blog entries where I shared some 'StarCraft music', I decided to create this blog. I've been using my friend computer to make sounds since I was 12 and never stoped since then! I will be posting my new tracks as I make them. Expect any genre: hip-hop, drum and bass, psy trance, psy rock, downtempo. I get easily bored so I tend like to vary a lot.
For this first entry I'm uploading a track I made earlier today. You know that classic crappy repetitive jazzy tune you listen in the elevator? I tried to make something along these lines and explore a bit further with some eletronic sounds. The track is called "Song for my elevator". It's 3:15 minutes long and FL Studio says I spent 2 hours and 10 minutes making it. Hope you like it!

Feel free to ask anything regarding the song.

This is a hot jam. That said, I LOVE the weather channel music.
I really like what you did with the keys. Busy but elegant. Tight drums. Maybe a bit "plinky" with the warp/ghosty effects. You should bump the bass a little. It's really good, but balanced down really far. Give this piece a thump. I think it's catchy.

giving it a shot now!
done.
my apm increased!

Sleight: I will listen to this again in the weekend on my monitors, I've been using headphones for these small pieces, maybe the bass is really off as you say (it sounds fine in my headphones).
Evan, if this increased your apm you should try dnb heh.
A more challenging idea for my blog: the readers / listeners get to choose the genre of my next entry. Gogo I need ideas, it can be anything really.
