Oh yep, hello there. B-day kid blogging on Silver League. Today, I got a capoeira training, I need to talk to my spanish instructress and apply for the Intermediate 1 course, and fuck yes, it's my birthday as you can see on my logo. I was finally able to complete my interactive registration and I can officially take courses during this semester.

About Starcraft announcements:

1- It's the first time I used an imbalanced piece of shit. Even if it's the most logical thing on that condition, I still feel like ass.

2- I applied for a tournament which is hosted by ESL (fuck that) and sponsored by a Turkish gaming magazine, namely Oyungezer. Actually oyungezer has become my personal favorite, since one of its writers is a Turkish software engineer from EA Games, whom I met at my University when he came to talk and since Level has a noob terran player as a writer who whines about banelings being imba. The prize pool is 11 months of membership, winner gets 6 month membership, 2nd and 3rd places get 3 and 2 months respectively.

The reason why I applied the tournament was neither hoping to win nor the omg wtf huge prize pool. It's just that I don't want a tournament with 2 races, especially when you think that there are a lot of Terran and Protoss players in Turkey and the only Zerg player besides me is Infrawhite. Our rep BLooD plays Protoss, SuGoSU plays Protoss, Pentagram plays Terran and it's like that. So, I said "Fuck that" and I applied. Furthermore, my application is accepted. I think they know that I play Zerg. And the tournament starts on 28th of September, 13.00 for US Eastern Time and 18.00 for GMT.

3- Speaking of Turkey's reps, they are going on a match against Portugal's reps tomorrow at 18.00 according to GMT. And I think it corresponds to 13.00 of US Eastern Time Zone.
It's gonna be the old school 4 1v1s and 1 2v2.

And now, let's go to today's special, Lobo's new adventures :D.

Part 10 - A New Cerebrate(*).

As Lobo develops further and further, he became a cerebrate. And, Overmind contacts to Lobo for his first quest as a cerebrate:

Overmind: And now, cerebrate. The protoss is marching towards us. And, we'll battle them with everything we have. Our freedom.. Our lives.. Our purposes.. Our pride.. Everything we have, is on the line here. And because of that, you'll have no excuses for failure. You have to destroy 3 executors along with what they have. This is your first quest as a cerebrate.
Lobo: No problem, master. Consider those protoss destroyed.

Lobo, contacted by Infrawhite after his first quest:

Infrawhite: Young one, mhm, sorry. Cerebrate, did you learn your quest?
Lobo: Yes, master. I'll face 3 executors and destroy them.
Infrawhite: What? Is this the quest you're given?
Lobo: Yes, master.
Infrawhite: OK then, cerebrate. I'm sure, you can succeed this one.
Lobo: Yes, master. I'll destroy all those executors.

After learning Lobo's quest, Infrawhite contacts to Overmind:

Infrawhite: Master, what does this mean? Why are you sending Lobo to 3 executors, knowing the fact that they have less executors than 1 third of our cerebrates?
Overmind: Are you ignoring my orders? Are you questioning them?
Infrawhite: No, master. Of course not.
Overmind: Good, cerebrate.

Lobo took the necessary equipment and took off to the Lost Temple, where he will meet the first executor.

"Allright guys, let's get started. You, morph into a drone. You drones, go get minerals for me. You, overlord. Go scout the nearest outpost. Let's see if he's there or not."

Before much time has passed, scouting probe of the executor arrived into Lobo's base.



"Hey, cutie. Tell your executor that I say hi."

And, just a little time after that, overlord finds out that executor is in the nearest possible outpost.



"Oh, hi man!"

He went pool first, instead of extractor first.



And, his overlord continued scouting.



"Hey, why are you closing your doors?! Where are your manners?!"

His overlord, went a little back and then came back, noticing the second gateway:



"Wow, what a noble move from the executor... 2 gate 1 pylon wall. And people still say that protoss are good mannered?"

His overlord went to the nexus, and noticed the cybernetics core going down:



"Oh, way to play dude! 2 gate core and you can get stalkers after 10 minutes. Nice nice..."

At the time cybernetics core is completed, zerg had a spine crawler and an expansion hatchery going down:







"Yeah, I know what you think. You think that you'll get stalkers and win. I'm pretty sure about that. I wouldn't be too much surprised if I see you crawl in 1 base for the whole thing."

But, protoss did not know one thing: Lobo teched and expanded pretty well:





"Come on man?! Where are your zealots? Where are your stalkers? Don't tell me that you were just mocking me."

And Lobo threw down a spire and a roach warren.





"This is gonna be a huge blast. You hear me?"

Protoss never responded. And Zerg did some valuable research:





And, Lobo got his first mutas and attacked, but that attack failed with Lobo escaping with what was left:



Protoss responded for the first time:

"Now, who is the boss man? Who is the fucking boss?"

Protoss counter-attacked Lobo:



Lobo was caught with his roaches away.



"I heard that you had an army, mutantface. Where is it?"

"Don't be impatient, they're on the way."



"You still wonder about where my army is? Oh, and another thing. Do you still ask who the boss is?"

Protoss refused to respond. Lobo sent another drone to 5 o'clock expansion, without knowing that it's an island expo:



Lobo tried a second muta attack, but he failed on that one too:



And he got an expo.



With his muta attacks remain unsuccessful, Lobo changed his focus, and attacked pylons instead:





But Protoss started pushing out.



Whereas Lobo continued to attack pylons and getting warp-gates unpowered.







But protoss finally arrived to Lobo's base, and counter-attacked him:

"Well, you're a brave warrior, at least."



Lobo reinforced his troops in his base and prevailed the counter-attack.





He then attacked protoss pylons again:





After that, he made one last attack and won the battle:





"Master, do you copy that? If yes, send me the next one." says Lobo, with his most confident voice.

And yet, his next quest was on Metalopolis.

And, his new quest started with an extractor first and pool second.





While trying to scout his enemy, his overlord was killed.



But well, it's about time for an expo for Lobo.



And also the spire.



At last, Lobo get his trump cards, Mutalisks, he attacked protoss' expansion but was chased away by stalkers.





But he just returns with more mutas and intercepts the first colossus that protoss produces:





Protoss responds with a rage attack. But that attack gets intercepted as well by roaches and mutas:







As the attack is intercepted, it was a good time to expand and also a good time to counter-attack to keep protoss in base while expanding:





But the counter-attack dealt just too much damage to protoss.







Protoss, after going down to 1 base, surrendered immediately and unconditionally.



"Bring it. The next one."

And they brought it. It was on Steppes of War. Overmind expected Lobo to do his standart, but Lobo had other plans:

Overmind: Larva, morph into a drone!
Lobo: No, larva. Stay calm.
Overmind: What are you saying?
Lobo: Sorry, master. But if you want your plans to be executed, get some equipment and battle an executor.



Yes, a 6pool.

Overmind: You're going to suck hard. Because a scout probe is incoming.






Lobo: Relax. You were the one who said that zealots are produced slower. He's defenseless on this area to this strategy. He has nothing to do even if I tell him about it.



Lobo: See, I'm already on my way. I think he still has nothing to do against me.

And Lobo was just right:





Overmind: Hell nice!





Overmind: Good, now finish his remaining probes and nexus!





Another immediate and unconditional surrender from another executor. Lobo is 3-0 against Protoss now.



Overmind: Impressive, cerebrate. You could handle the quest flawlessly.
Lobo: Thanks, master.

Overmind contacted Infrawhite after that:

Infrawhite: Wow, Lobo is impressive. So impressive.
Overmind: Yes, cerebrate. I'm doubting if we can handle him after some time. He may even turn against us.
Infrawhite: I know, master. But I don't know what to do then.
Overmind: Me either.

"So, it was this easy to complete the first quest? I doubt that Protoss is a worthy enemy for the swarm."
