Ah yeah it's terrible and harsh that something like this had to happen. I don't think parents like to think about their children having sex. You really weren't too much in the wrong though, since if they are reasonable parents they should realize that they should be thankful their daughter has a responsible boyfriend. Parent finding a condom you used >>> parents finding you got their daughter pregnant imo

Her parents need to grow up and be a little more mature. Sex is a normal thing for teenagers to do.

I'm only 18... Plus, I would like to have kids in the future. Also, I just needed some anonymous people to talk to because this isn't something I can talk to with my parents/sister or even my best friend.

If my daughter was 17 and I found a condom I think my reaction would be something like, "thank god we got through to them" instead of "zomg my 17 year old daughter has sex when we arent there?! Preposterous!"

Uhhh...it's 2010. These people should be counting their lucky stars that at least you guys are being safe.
And I highly doubt that these people are really more at issue with their rules being broken than with their daughter having sex. You don't place such a stupid rule like 'no boys in the house when we aren't home' if you aren't afraid of your daughter having sex. They clearly don't want it happening and should stop trying to fight the inevitable and just be happy that you guys are responsible.
