1. LOTS of Citrus stuff like Orange, Orange Juice and more 2. EAT UP your body is fighting nasty bacterias and without energy your body cannot fight them so eat up good healthy medicinal foods such as vegetable broth, chicken soup 3. 8-10 hour Sleep - when your sleeping your body will recover with the white blood cells rejuvenating and fighting off the bad stuff 4. FLUIDS - drinking water is essential 5. IF you have Fever and your body is really warm you must treat it with cold water by massaging and soothing the whole body as your body temperature must be at the ideal conditions NO's 1. No going outside as its mega cold in Korea + Germs and Bacteria outside 2. NO drinking cold, drink WARM or HOT 3.Try to Sweat as much of possible as it is a good sign the body is recovering this involves eating stuff like hot and spicy RAMEN I am a not a certified doctor and i will not be eligible for any damages or injuries incurred by the individual please take these advices at your own risk -Thank You, Friendly Online Person

English speaking doctors will be able to talk to you about your allergies. Stop making it seem like Korea's out to get you, if you search for it, or ask me for help you can find!! And get your co teachers to help set up a phone account now that you have a phone! I hate not being able to call you.

1.)Drink a lot of juice (Oj is best, apple is pretty sugary) 2.) Get some of those chewable Vitamin C tablets. 3.) plenty of SLEEP, not just chilling out on the couch or in bed watching TV or whatever. Get some aspirin for headaches/body aches if they are keeping you awake. I don't know how well you'd be able to go about procuring medicine (you mentioned you don't know enough Korean to describe allergies) but plenty of OJ and sleep should cover vitamin C, fluids and rest.

Get a lump of ginger and cut it into slices. Then crush the slices with the fat side of the knife and put them in boiling water. Then get some rock sugar (I dunno how else to call it, just a rectangular log of sugar... perhaps anyother sugar will do, but this tastes the best) and dissolve some into the mixture or it will be bitter. Then wait for it to cool and enjoy.
