actually the building i'm in has U3, U13, U23, U33 to replace the 4s. So some older buildings in HK do still follow this quirk. | ||

I'm not aware of this in Australia (though not too many residential buildings are above 13 floors in Aust LAWL.) Just imagine in the event of a fire, and a building somehow has 13th floor. How would an external rescue party assess the headcount? Will they form an assumpion that there's no 13th floor? | ||
