I just found this out that 85% of elevators don't have a 13th floor. This is the most retarded thing I have ever heard in my life. When my friend told me this nonsense, my first thought was, well it's still not as stupid as believing that we evolved from monkeys.

my dorm room was on the 13th floor my freshman year in college.

also, that number is baloney. 85% of high rises worldwide? i wonder how they managed to fudge that number for their article

yeah most of the people i talk to also know about this already lol
i nice example of buildings avoiding the 13th floor is my very own uni library; it's suppose to have exactly 13 floors, but since the 7th floor is a mechanical floor, they just call it the mechanical floor and name the actual 8th floor as the 7th floor, the actual 9th floor as the 8th, the actual 13th as the 12th, etc etc

Depends on how it's used. If you added a line at the end of your post that said:

"<user> is retarded"
