EPTEvery uniform comes with a name tag with the abbreviation of your first name (many singaporeans havin chinese names that tend to be written as two english words) along with your last name. In my case my tag reads R.Y. Tan. Which i guess is pretty cool as its relatively close to my name, ryan.
However due to really bad planning by some singaporean parents, a number of national service men in singapore end up having really odd tags.
at the cookhouse today for example.. i saw an army personnel with pretty high rank with the name of
S.A Tan (no relations with me) and thought itd be fun to share it with you guys and ask
