Being at the event itself I would of preferred more Protoss/Zerg players invited from Korea but I still want the best players from the best race. It's all good though because TvT is my favorite mirror match up to watch.

I tend to root for foreigners when they play Koreans, but if it's KvK, I am just as excited. Often I'm more excited because I watch Korean players more often. I also like SlayerS, so I think foreigners could have made the endgame of the tournament less interesting.

It made me wanna switch to terran lol. terran seems like they have so many units and so many possibilities compared to zerg. and they have those "game changing" units like hellions, banshees, and ghosts. T is just really fun to play =P

I play Terran and didn't even watch the finals because I was sick of TvT. Watching Boxer is cool, but I couldn't care less about MVP or MMA. I'd strongly prefer seeing more non-Korean players in the late stages of tournaments because I know them better -- the Koreans are, for the most part, just faceless names to me. However, it's up to the players themselves to earn those spots and not the tournament organizers' responsibility to enforce some kind of starcraft affirmative action.

Would've preferred to see more foreigners in the finals of a foreign event but the games were still pretty good regardless.

Edit: I am terribly sick of TvT now, and not just because of MLG but because of the massive switch from every terran player to a mech style -_______-

May the best advance.

It was slightly discouraging having so many tvts in the end though. Only slightly.

My biggest problem with them was that it was a BO3. I realize they have it this way so that if an extended series is needed on the final set it can be extended to a BO7, but three games feels entirely too short and unimportant for the finals of a three day touney that has been nothing but BO3s (at least we didnt see a 2-0 wipe though). I feel it should be at least extended to a BO5 if the players havent met before, just for the sake of it being a more important game

Quite disgusting how many people tuned out even when Boxer was still in the tournament.

It did, GSL comes on too early for me so I can't get to grow as a fan of the Korean players outside of Boxer or Nada.

I think the poll should do a better job of clarifying. It affected my interest, but in a good way.

idc if its korean vs korean or not, but with how many tvt's there were, that made me not feel bad about having to leave for work when there were 6 terrans left or however many there were after DRG lost. :/.
When I think of something else, something will go here

Too many TvT's IMO, i wanted to see some creative play but it was basically blue flame/siege/viking against blue flame/siege/viking. except for boxer vs rain?(not sure) that game on metal was pretty sick.

I stopped watching after BoxeR lost. After that I wasn't too interested in which player won and went to watch Curb and Entourage.

How is it disgusting? I'm a huge BoxeR fan but its not some mortal sin to decide you have more interest in some other activity. MLG put on a great tournament and they got the numbers to prove that people enjoyed it, but every viewer doesn't have an obligation to watch every match, even if BoxeR is involved. Maybe its a shame more people don't fully appreciate BoxeR, but it isn't a crime.

Korean v Korean didn't bother me, but once the player I wanted to win lost my interest dropped some. But still, I had plenty of reason to watch the remaining games so I wouldn't say no non-koreans hurt my desire to watch at all. Might have if it had only been players I didn't care about, but then it wouldn't really matter if they were korean or not.
