It affected my interest, but it's just because I find it hard to relate to people who show no personality. I guess you could use culture differences as a excuse, but at the same time I was watching the Korean Poongko be a total baller on the Evo stream.

I think koreans coming to a tournament like mlg is a huge step for esports in general alot of people have been comenting on how the korean seen has started to merge with the global seen and a year ago i would of laughed at this. I hope we see more growth like this. Boxer playing kept me glued to the computer screen alone.

I think i speak for alot of people out there when I saw not being a terran player I didn´t necessarily learn from the tvt.and I´m sure that affected the other viewers aswell. but of course tehre is nothing you can do about that.

mirror matches in general aren´t the best in my opinion although i find it funny pvp finals at homestory cup zvz finals at gsl august and tvt finals for mlg. either way I thougth the mlg finals were great although they could still learn alot anehiem.
has this been the first tvt final for mlg????

It affected my interest a bit. It had no huge effect, like not wanting to watch, but I think I would have found it more exciting if there were foreigners mixed in.

I got pretty bored of the TvT. In the end I had both the MvC3 finals from evo and also mlg finals fullscreened, but I had the MLG stream muted.

Well, I do like when foreigners upset top Koreans and beat them (which unfortunately didn't happen this MLG), but overall I just want to see best possible matches between best possible players, so I'll go with that answer. The thing is, I just physically couldn't watch that much TvTs in a row, so I quit watching and went to sleep somewhere along the DRG elimination....

If MLG is going to bring over Koreans to absolutely destroy us, they should at least send over a good assortment of all 3 races.

DRG and Alicia were the only non-Terrans; all non-Terran hope rested on them.

Though to be fair, there are not too many non-Terrans in Code S these days either

TvT = Too long, didn't watch :/.

I don't find that match up funny/exciting to watch at all. ZvZ is a nightmare to watch, cos it can go wrong in a second... pvp has blink/fast moving units... TvT has.. well.. nothing. A cloaked banshee = game won. If not, you gotta watch 1 hour long slow moving tanks vs. tanks.

I feel the same way, but mostly because I like to watch the players I know do well, and I don't follow the Korean scene at all. When Day9 started ranting and raving about DRG, my first thoughts were "who the hell is DRG?"
