France seems alive in the second half and argentina fitness will start to drop soon (remember NL game). That had nothing to do with fitness. They just started defending when ahead 2-0. Argentina outplayed is in the last 5-10 minutes of the game.

Taking Di Maria off... that wise?

Not a fan of Di Maria coming off.
Probably the best offensive player on the pitch. They should be pushing for that final killer goal.
Commentator - "This is about as blatant a handball as you can get!"
*Camera immediately shows a view of the ball hitting the players chest and only maybe hitting their arm afterwards*

France got away with a hand ball

Still the best offensive player on the pitch.
What's the dude saving himself for? This is his last big hurrah in his career.

Yeah but he's got a hamstring issue. Not something big but a hamstring can just ping at any time especially as you get tired. I guess he doesn't especially want it to be the last game he ever plays.

Argentina sitting back and giving away more half chances.
This could get ugly if they don't do something aside from parking the bus.
|
France finally has a shot lmao

Don't really known why you take off Griezman either.

Yup, took 70 mins for France to even attempt one shot.

Argentina set to defend for another 25+ minutes.
We'll see if that pays off...
|
So the entire French camp has been feeling Feverish... so instead of rotating them in and out for treatment and isolation. They only took out two players while continue to play the rest...

Yeah, France almost had a shot on goal this half.
I think Argentina is closer to their third goal than France to their first.

I don't think feverish alone explains this performance but

I think France wasn't the only team with fever in their camp?
Brazil, for exemple, had quite a few cases during the tournament.
Did other teams had it too?
