I thought the site can help clarify a temporary ban vs a perma ban. Stasis or Lockdown Icons would be nice no? Cuz I notice a lot of nukes here and there but I never know if it's perma or temp... and I do a lot of PMing in and out... What do you guys think? Just a thot | ||

btw if it never gets implemented or until then if you want to check you can look at the banning topic in the closed forum where it specifies if it's tempban or normal if it's not on like the last page you can search for posts by the tl.net bot in the closed forum with their name in it =O | ||

With the way tempbans are currently implemented it's not just a quick an easy update to make, but I'll jot this down on the to-do list as a possible update for when there's time. Right - in the meantime you can use Locked's suggestion. | ||

I think having just one represent a temp ban would be more consistent and easier for people to catch on. I was originally thinking the lock-down image would make the most sense, but that stasis does look pretty sweet. Anyway, will get to this when I have the time. | ||

an example of stasis is on the first page but i'm not sure if it will be implemented maybe they could do like lockdown for 2week tempbans and stasis for 1-week (since stasis is 40 seconds vs lockdown 60 seconds or something) lockdown definitely made more sense though, i would just keep it like that (having different icons for the different temp bans is overdoing it) | ||

@CharlieMurphy: never complain about how long it takes. =P its all about to do lists, implementing code n getting it to work with what already exists, alotting time available, getting all the specs, how many people are involved, status of server, etc. | ||
