MLG Columbus Day 3 - Page 989

We will be moderating harshly in this thread. Think twice before you post. Things we are watching for: image macros, balance whining, "eagles", player bashing etc. We encourage civil and reasoned critique of our moderation - please post it in the website feedback forum. Please don't complain about MLG stream quality or MLG itself. They work very hard to provide you with an enjoyable service. Enough with the racism discussions, this is a LR Thread. Cut it out. -- updated 7:55 KST

Idra has a ton of talent but his attitude is not allowing him to reach his potential. Its kind of sad man. The mental part is half of the skill. Idra lacks of mind stregth when it comes to presure, and this is indeed a stressing game. MC dances under presure. MC is much much better than Idra.

It's part of the show and makes an event like MLG event even better than it already is I agree, I think "BM" adds more interest to the tournament. When your sitting at home in your underwear, obviously "BM" is simply childish immature behavior because you know no1 will see it. However, when you know MILLLIONS of people are watching, "BM" = gets fans into it = more money for tournaments = more money for players = GOOD THING. Plus it's a crowd pleaser.

Yep they just mean like you are playing next to another person similar to a LAN event there isn't a LAN feature in SC2 yet from Blizzard but its still a LAN tournament either way.

And please keep the balance whine out of this topic, the reason Idra lost the first 3 sets was his mindset, not any balance point. He went for a risky all in, followed by giving up early fast, you can't win a series like that. Frankly, only the 4th game was a good game from a spectator PoV, games 1-3 were too short and too coinflippy to be fun. I wish Idra had played like he did on day 1 and we would have seen an epic series, but i think his "mistake" against MMA tilted him too much. He hasn't been on top of his game since then.
