Now you get 1 extra point every 3 levels that you can spend anywhere but you can only have your max level until 50 in one soul. So in the next beta you can get to level 30, 30 points max in any soul and then you have 10 points to put into 1-2 other souls anyway you like. I'm not exactly sure how level 50 works but I know you can get the 51 point talents.

PVE: This game is nothing new, which is fine. It uses a tried-and-true Everquest formula. The UI is fully customizable, but incredibly annoying to customize. Some animations look pretty terrible, but compared to WoW of course they are outstanding. I did not experience any video or network lag in populated areas, which is a very promising sign for a beta. PVP: Prepare for disappointment. First of all, it appears there will not be much variety for instanced PVP (battlegrounds), with only 2 warfronts being released at launch, but they will likely add more. Additional PVP opportunities will be limited to world PVP objectives, and we all know how well that works. The real death of PVP in this game will be its innovative multiclass system. In case you are unfamiliar with game theory, sometimes more options actually limits your choices. There are so many combinations of souls in this game that few will actually be PVP-viable. Most combinations have little PVP synergy, and you are forced to go deep into one tree to get the key skills. Additionally, there will be special souls that only high-ranking PVPers can obtain, with special skills geared for PVP. That means, eventually, everybody will be forced to use a PVP soul to be competitive, limiting you to only 2 other souls. On top of this, since there are so many skills in this game and classes are not apparent by armor, you never know what your opponent is capable of until they do it. This is a problem, like playing RvR in SC2 with no scouting. Part of the fun of PVP in WoW is that you understand what your opponents are capable of, and you prepare for it. High-level play can only be achieved when both sides have access to near-perfect information. Basically: This game has Warhammer Online written all over it. Sorry.

In strong agreement with few of the post as to where you are forced somewhat to pick a PVP soul but the PVP is reasonably fun there is PVP test server on Alpha that is constantly being updated. It is so hard to give every single person what they desire in PVP, to compare PVP in Warhammer to that of WoW is not the same. Every game that attempts to do "World" PVP seems to never get it right or make so many restrictions it no longer is fun. So only time will tell how the PVP turns out ,but I'm hoping just by how much feedback they are taking from their testers, it will turn out competitive and well rounded. Last but not least is quality customer service, when I open a ticket I get a response within a very short amount of time, and when I message CM's or Admins on either forum I get response within minutes. Not saying the support will always be like this, but so far to say the least I'm impressed.

If you don't see any of that you need to wait until they send out the email access saying you can now accept this round of the beta EULA and starting preparing for it. Generally happens just a few days before the beta starts.
