But i mean in tourneys and such its not like terran rolls or nothin, so these stats seem really strange. I doubt "terran op" is what is going on here so i wanted to know it anyone knew about outliers or anythint that would cause the data to be this way. People better at statistics then me anyway.

My first assumption is that flash cant carry the winrate that high on his own. TvZ being really imba is one thing im used to seeing at high level since its really easy to lose from simple mistakes in that matchup, but tvp is even slightly terran favored on maps you wouldnt think it would be which is really strange for me

I don't know what level you have to be for your match to count as a sponbang or if anyone can have a sponbang. As far as I know sponbang doesn't care about matching players up against similarly skilled players. It's just whoever people want to see play each other. There may be some popular but weak players from the Protoss race that get a lot of matches, as one possible explanation ( though I have not looked to check this is the case ). You also don't know if all sponbangs are 100% competitive, if Protoss are using more unsafe but entertaining strategies, things like this. Always a system like ELO is more helpful in determining how close players are. Win Count Loss Count just doesn't reveal as much information, even if ELO has it's drawbacks. We always knew that stats tend to shake out P > T > Z > P, but looks like Protoss are letting us down in this statistic. I think now that Flash won't compete in anymore tourneys, we should see some P and Z winners. As you said, except for Flash not a lot of T players go deep. It's not like every finals has been TvT.

At some point he's going to push it to the point of disability and chronic pain. yea it sounds like they have a chronic problem and sometimes not really get to root of the cause (maybe the cause cant be changed they cant play in a different way.....) but sometimes from the bits of information that comes out from streamers like jd/flash/last i seldom hear that they have like a routine to make the muscles more flexible or like a fitness routine for the hands/fingers(maybe its my vague knowledge of the subject but my understanding is that good posture relaxing &training the muscles/joints with exercise massage would help to deal with rsi and other injuries.. for example flash s said he would not participate in tournaments anymore because of shoulder injury and training would take to much of a toll on his body... and people or him said that when he goes to the army it will fully heal up.... what kind of a solution is that yes it will heal up but we sure did not deal with the problem or the cause of it...? (my only guess is that flash knows more about treatments and such by seeing a specialist but doesn't go public with this)
