Not sure if this is more of a blog or SC2 general...

As part of the ~~passion spam~~ LR thread for the WCS Global Finals I decided to assign each of the 16 Blizzcon players a drink (shot or shooter) + Show Spoiler +

shot is pour of liquor meant to be consumed in one drink, a shooter is a mixed drink

. As of yet, there isn't any sort of drinking game associated with these drinks, but I thought to share them somewhere easier to find.

I tried to limit it to popular / common drinks (both to make it easier to find drinks and also hopefully to find ones people were familiar with).

At first I was lost with what to do for Jaedong... Then I wrote out his name as JD and practically laughed to myself. Looking up drinks with Jack Daniel's made it easier. I was going to use 3 wise men until I found the Anaconda. The double entendre with "raises your anaconda" was too perfect.

Any night drinking should include water. Combined with life being so young (unable to drink in most parts of the world) AND actually finding a "Life water" made this choice pretty straight forward.

I like the idea to give each player their own drink. A ready-to-use custom drink menu for WCS barcrafts. Nice work with the images, some of them are really spot on. I'd add a menu-like single image including all of them too.

I'm still coming up with a game to use these... But considering we have 8 matches on day 1 that could end up in a LOT of shots...

two-players or two-teams:

Each team either chooses or is randomly assigned a player for each set with a shot for each game in the set prepared, one for either player. After each game in the set, the losing player's team drinks the shot of the player who won.

In the event of a draw game, both teams consume and re-prepare the shot for that particular game. Ties may as well be losses.

In the event of a sweep (x-0 victory in a set) the winning team may consume one of the remaining shots (called a victory lap) to force the losing team to consume an extra shot of the victorious player's flavour. You may do as many victory laps as there are remaining shots on the table.

When I refer to a team taking a shot I mean every player on said team, not just one player.

I am not responsible for anyone dying from playing my game.

EDIT: 8 matches day 1?

I stand by my game.

lol the Jjakji one, not bad....

However, somehow I'd made it my whole life without having tried Johnnie Walker red label. I've had some black and it was good, looking forward to trying some blue label, but never had had a red. As a new fan of scotch and whisky, red label is horrible and disgusting and makes JD's look good.

Absolutely!

Due to me being poor I usually pick up Red Label. Unfortunately I also usually tend to forget the names of better scotchs the next day...

These are all so, so good. Went to Zest to see the obvious reference, then to Bomber to see the obvious reference. Glad they were both there, jump to soO to look for a 2nd-place joke. Perfect. Saw Life's, laughed. Saw jjakji's and it blew my mind. Great job, this thread would be a hit on Reddit I think.

Haha Jjakji's drink is definitely one I'm quite proud of
