Nah, that one was one of the original ones when the article was released, I should know, I wrote it. Unfortunately the TC got scouted fast and he abandoned it, I was so excited.

Blink is finishing up. 8:00 Rogue 78 vs Rain 68 Lair for Rogue. Rain moving out with a gateway force. Rain walls the third base. 9:00 Rogue 97 vs Rain 84 Zerglings get into the main base and go after the cybernetics core. Rogue gets more zerglings into the natural. Rain recalled. Rogue is actually pretty much only killing zealots with this attack. 10:00 Rogue 103 vs Rain 91 Infestation pit for Rogue. Roach speed for Rogue. +1/1 finishing for Rogue. Locust upgrade and swarm hosts on the way for Rogue. 11:00 Rogue 127 vs Rain 110 Spire for Rogue. Rogue getting some roaches. Rain going up onto the center high ground. Rain backs off due to a zergling flank. Rain going back up onto the fourth. Good force fields. 12:00 Rogue 139 vs Rain 117 Rain has to recall due to a locust flank. Fourth nearly finishing at the center for Rogue. Warp prism gets into Rogue's natural. 13:00 Rogue 164 vs Rain 138 Zerglings trying the backdoor to Rain's natural. Rain moving out. Rain finds some swarm hosts and kills two of them. Rain blinks back and pushes with 3 colossi/stalkers. 14:00 Rogue 167 vs Rain 156 Rogue counterattacking with roach/ling but Rain has stalkers at home. Corrupters finish for Rogue but stalkers get under them. Rain reinforcing with his defensive stalkers. The fourth of Rogue dies. 15:00 Rogue 145 vs Rain 147 Rain going for the third. Warp prism picking up colossi and corrupters don't kill anything. Rogue GG's! Rain wins 2-0!

I hate it (no balance whine intended, I just hate it) I for one quite like it, it distinguishes Protoss even more from the other 2 races than it was in BW, however I would make it a lategame tech, so you would have to have Templar Archives to research it. Because the Idea is cool, it actually is a anti-deathball turtle mechanic, since multipronged attacks and just beeing aggressiv itself is stronger with Warp-ins, so if you want to use them to the max you go for that, the problem with that is that it can lead to a lot of cheese/all-in play, so thats why I would make it later game.
