I really appreciate all that he does, but he's just not my cup of tea. His energy seems a bit too manufactured. I'd really love it if he just uncensored himself a bit. Unrealistic, but it would bring back that vintage vibe

What is annoying... Dear crushed TaeJa and SK won pretty convincingly Out of curiosity did you watch the series? Because that most certainly did not happen. First game was complete destruction. It was over in 12 minutes without a chance. Second game - Frost - was a bad start for TaeJa with 5 barracks against Templar opening, yet he cought Dear pretty much offguard and actually could and should have won, yet he made big mistakes being offguard on his own, dying to storms / feedback Third game - only really good game of the series. Taeja played well and won Fourth game - once again, scouted immortal allin... got way too eager and wanted to push after it was held. Got dismanteled and raped after. His base-trady decision and killing the natural doesn't make the game less dominating from Dears point. So yes, I would say it was pretty clear domination. How was game 1 clear cut? Taeja did a early gg when he was probably ahead. Dear was down a base equal on supply and upgrades and didnt have any storm left. But yeah I guess that is clear cut without a chance. God people are fucking hyping up Dear worse than Innovation. They act like really close games and games where he probably got outplayed are clear cut and easy wins for him. Also game 4 the only reason taejas pressure went so bad after the all in was he got feedbacked on one of the medivacs losing 10 army supply instantly. If that doesnt happen Dear is in a TON of trouble there. That game could have gone MUCH different if Taeja unloaded just a few pixels farther back. But again you are right totally one sided. I am Terran myself thanks. Even without losing the full medivac to feedback, those would still be no-stim, no combat shield, not being healed marines that are about to unload. Photon overcharge was available so dropping the natural isn't really an option and the standing army of Dear was strong enough to obliterate the push anyways. Also first game - yes I saw how ahead he was, maybe you should play a bit of Terran and especially TvP before making such a claim! Yeah, game 1 was not an early GG. Game 2 and 4 were close but Taeja failed to react properly where as Dear did. As a terran and Taeja fan it's hard to believe but dear was the better player. How was game 1 not an early gg? Can you give me any reason why when they are equal in army supply and dear is out of storms it is still a lost position? Game 2 he failed to react to ONE FUCKING STORM that was it. He outplayed him the entire game up to that point. Game 3 Dear started out way ahead and when he went late game with Taeja got demolished. Game 4 Taeja reads Dear perfectly then on the counter pressure accidentally loses a full medivac to feedback. If he doesn't lose the medivac or doesn't get hit by that storm the series would be going to game 5. That is how close those games where. A couple pixels of a difference would have completely changed the games. Are you Terran? If so, what level? Please stop discussing matters you seemingly don't understand. I really don't want to bitch here, but you really don't get it. I tried to explain calmy. The mistake of 'pushing out in game 4' was a mistake amateurs make. Every good Terran should know that storm/archons/feedback is on the field by that time. Its a huge mistake to say the least and essentially cost him a very good position, if not the game. Game 1 - rewatch it, just do it and you will realize in how much trouble TaeJa actually was. game 3 - Taeja played well but you are delusional if you believe he dismanteled Dear there in lategame. As I said, I am TaeJa fan myself but I am also a Terran and I know if Dear went back with full force instead of picking the fight to begin with, he would have been on 4 base vs 3 which is very good for Protoss and he could have picked a fight where he wanted (in a defensive position) in game 3 making it a lot easier. So no, TaeJa won because he won one big fight at his side, not because he played dominating that game. Game 2 he lost because he got feedbacked on his ghosts and hit 2 full storms, thats all it takes to lose as Terran, thats just how it is and he very well knows it. No one said he was dominated fully in every game and I pointed that out, but the series was still a crushing defeat and nearly _as_ convincing as it gets.
