Well fuck, it's results day tomorrow. I hadn't really been thinking about it until just now and I've suddenly got really nervous so I'm writing this blog.

I didn't work hard for most the year and I really shouldn't deserve good grades but I still really want them. What's worse is that my parents showed me some article in a newspaper saying that there is an abundance of offers for people with ABB but below that it's much tougher so I'm hoping for ABBC but I have no idea what I'm going to get.

Fuck, I want to go to a good university.

I didn't have a single A or B+ in my grades, but I still ended up going to a decent college. Grades aren't everything!

Hey, calm down there buddy. Going to a great college is an admirable goal, but not everyone succeeds in that. Even more admirable is enjoying life, but not everyone succeeds in that either. Enjoy yourself and live out your youth, getting into a great college is a great goal, but don't fuck over your happiness in the process Targe.

Well I got 4 Bs which is ok, now to email some universities to see if they will be lenient because I've got an extra A level.

Thanks docvoc, I just really want to get into a decent university because I doubt I would be able to work in anything that interests me without a degree (which kind of in a way relates to enjoying myself in life).
