It will not get any better until they made it an complete offline event too (and even then there will be a huge number of koreans attending in the Ro32). edit:Corrected the number

I will root for Scarlett and Suppy, both being non-Korean and represent NA, not because I want NA to do well in particular, but because I think they are hard working and "DESERVING". I can see , especially in Scarlett as I don't follow Suppy too much that she is putting time into the game, she's playing well and reflecting on her game (as you can tell, she's removing mistakes) so if they can make it into the Round of 8, that is something to cheer for. In no way I think foreigners shouldn't be cheered on, but I disagree with cheering them on for nothing. If they work on their game, show improvement and play well, I'll gladly cheer for a foreigner over a Korean any day. That being sad, I hope HerO (hard because same group as Suppy/Scarlett), viOleT and Polt do well. I also like Ryung and aLive, Group D is a bitch. T_T

i would normally be excited for such blizzard sponsored events but this is just a mediocore tournament where Korean who can't compete in korea roll over foreigners... how fun

Snute, Scarlett, Suppy, Sen, Moon...that's five foreigners. As an aside, can we call them 4xS&M?

Polt played a close 2-3 vs Life. Its not that they cannot compete in Korea. Its that they don't want to, because the chances are just slim compared to playing in NA while the price pool is the same. Its smart.

WCS America. Sad state of affairs. What has to change?

The reason why these Korean's play on AM is because they have a foreign team backing them up. Also there's nothing that suggest it's been a failure so far, the stream numbers have been fairly consistent from the start, not to mention it's not much different from how most tournaments looked during the whole 2012. Maybe let the season play out before you call the end of the world.
