In the bag however was neither of my 2 posters that were ordered with the sweater.. Anyone else have any issues such as this?
Sort of. I redeemed my Liquid Rising poster and ordered a mouse pad and pin along with it, but the pin and stickers (free gift) that usually come with orders didn't make it. I don't know if it wasn't packed or it slipped out the end of the box which wasn't sealed quite right and basically left a hole at one end of the box on its trip across the country. I don't know, but I get more and more disenchanted with the TL store with each order (this being my third). Each one has been a less than stellar experience even disregarding the shipping costs.

Its not like we pick up a bunch of hoodies from a warehouse and just print them. As for the liquid jersey the production of those was rather slow and inefficient, thats why we decided to make a new design which allows us to be more flexible with the production. That doesnt mean the new shirt is going to look worse, in fact it will look way better.
Good to hear about the jerseys. I'm getting nervous about mine, since the screening on it has been cracking and fading for a while now. Watching Liquid Rising with their vibrant, fresh shirts made me extremely jealous (though part of that was probably the color filtering).

My hoodie came in yesterday, and I could not be more impressed, really high quality stuff! Any estimated date on when the TL jerseys are comin' out? Are they even purchasable for the community? Thanks!~

Any update on the opening of the European store? Says July, still on track to open this month?

I just received my hoodie :D It's really nice and fit nicely, really a good purchase.
Only thing is that the free sticker wasn't there, but it's not a big deal.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?
50$ in shipping for a sweatshirt and mousepad? I really can't believe this and it disgusts me to say it will be my last TL store purchase.
I must ask, why was there no warning about this? Has no one else been butchered by Canada Post?
Just got my hoodie today in the mail with the shipping just short of taking 2 weeks. Although I am somewhat disappointed in the wait the hoodie looks sick. I'm sorry to hear you have were stuck with extra fees, for me, as I did not order the mousepad, they were able to stuff it inside the large section of the mailbox like other posters have said.

It will likely get delayed a bit, because we ran into some administrative problems we didn't foresee, but we are getting stock already from various items. Hopefully all issues will be resolved within the next week.

I must admit that I don't understand why you blame TL for being picked at random for borders fee. It's your fault for not knowing or reading the import legislation of your own country. You cannot possibly expect TL to state the legislation of every country they are shipping to so you don't get charged extra (well you can't really avoid did since it's random but w/e).
I agree that the shipping is expensive tho. Still waiting on my hoodie but I am reading that some people in Canada are starting to get them, anyone living near Quebec City (so anything close, Montreal or w/e, some place in Quebec) got theirs yet ?

Got my hoodie yesterday (Wednesday)! :D It shipped last Friday. Note: I'm in the U.S. atm, not in Ireland like my profile says. Box seems a bit beaten and the poster tube had a little bend in it. Posters inside have some creases but it's nothing serious! I'm 6''0" and about 70kg. I got a medium hoodie and it fits great. I was a bit worried about what size it'd be after reading this thread. It's a little bit tight but not too much. Just seems to be the way it's designed.

It certainly won't open next week.

I live near Montreal and I got my hoodie this morning and my posters 2 days ago.

A friend of mine complimented me in my TL hoodie the other day -- she said I looked really good in it. She has no idea what starcraft or TL is, and she is into fashion, so there's a testament to how fashionable they are!

I live in downtown Montreal and just got mine today at noon (July 19th). There were no extra fees or anything like that, the postman just gave me the package and that was it.

If you're in Canada, customs will randomly pick some packages and impose a "fuck you" fee for importing products. TL has no control over this, unless they were to mark the items as "gift" at a lower value - but other problems come with that, notably insurance.
Just hope you're not the unlucky winner, and if you are, write to the government about it . I'm near Montreal so hopefully I get mine tomorrow. I'm a bit worried though, because it shipped on July 6th, so maybe customs did some of their bullshit again.

Really? Even if the products are from the United States? This must be super lucrative for the Canadian government, because Canada isn't exactly known for its extensive manufacturing capacity

You wouldn't import from the same country. I think there is another term for that, lol.
