ok i have been in love with creator prime since he lost to mvp about a year and and a half ago.
few tosses would give up a nexus vs a terran and they would just try to kill the contain and then lose because stalkers vs bunkers el oh el
pulling out in advance vs scv pull so good; bio + scv vs. gateway units, with or without medivac support is terrible. i've been in favor of going up to 2+ immortal in weird situations, and he did it! and it was so glorious. i am so proud of this kid for showing such a great game in game 2. creatorprime. such a hero.
i will admit that 2g before core is a bad build, but let me explain something real quick
if you, on ladder maps especially, are looking to nexus first, on first scout--you DO NOT do it against a gas first player. even if you include a forge for early cannons, if terran delays the push (which he did--tip of the hat to maru for not going to with 1 mar 5 marine per usual) protoss just dies. and he, unlike every other protoss i've ever seen, sacs the nexus (4 zealots [artosis 2012]) goes to robo and doesnt commit down the ramp until an immortal is out. so good. i am so impressed and so proud of this young protoss showing how early game pvt ought to be played

Creator is a cool kid, I'm happy for him getting into Code S as well. Sucks he had to beat Maru though.

He's reallyyyyyy good. I think he deserves more appreciation. This was a nice step in that direction.

Alej, are you sure this was game ? According to the LR thread game 2 was Cloud Kingdom 5 gate pressure after 3 gate pressure. I this was game 1 the LRer didn't catch it, could you help give a small recap? :D (aka map, spawn pos, details)

ah i meant game 1 yea was atlanta georgia spaceship creator spawns 12 o clock; maru's 7 o clock. creator went nexus first then 2 gates before core and maru 3 raxed him. creator didn't lose anything until he busted out after nexus went down and was able to get out after an immortal popped. maru didn't have bunker up in time so creator was able to walk across the map and put on some damage and trade pretty well til medivacs/scv combo was fully realized el oh el. from there creator played very safe and solid with his small lead and just won ! gg!
