Some people just want to come view an event, and can't do a 4-day vacation for it. Please accomodate, IGN!) Hello Crosswind. You can buy a Silver or Bronze ticket for USD 50 which lets you access the event for all 4 days. You can choose to stay for just one day or return for any of the other days. I have heard similar requests for day passes from other fans. Do you see this as a large deterrent to attending the event? I'd like to see how big the community request for day passes are.

Or I have to buy a spectators pass ? That would sound like hell of a bargain 50 for spectators pass and only 10 bucks more to compete . If you get knocked you, your Masters Pass still acts just like a Bronze Pass -- aka you'll have full access to the event and access to the open seating areas in the main stage. Page 24

So if enough people post about it they might change for the event/the future. As it stands though, you could have bought a pass at 40/50% off (about 25$) which is cheap than the freakin' movie theater these days and that would get you in for the whole event (I assume if you couldn't make it a vacation you could at least drive up for a day, drive home, and maybe drive up for the finals). Well worth it if you use the discount code.

There is plenty of people wondering about boardwalk and all the casinos that making such pass for 20$ would bring a lot of extra money. Anyways it wouldn't cost much to organise such ticket and it brings extra option for buyer, extra cash for tournament, most likely bring a lot of new random spectators, better promotion for sponsors and its kinda win win idea so why not to try ? :D

Games are played October 6th to 9th. We recommend people to travel and check in on Wednesday evening, October 5th, and stay the extra night so they can rest up and leave Monday October 10th. It's literally 4 full days of games, jam packed action.

A lot of Korean Terrans coming through the qualifiers. Should be a clash of play styles once this get going. At least the invites will have time to practice their vs. T strategies.

October means the majority of your target audience is in school (or work), especially since its 21+ spectators. Furthermore, October tends to be exam month. Two days of the event occur on a Thursday and Friday. Maybe Saturday & Sunday morning is the only feasible time for one to be there because they have to be back by Sunday night due to obligations on a Monday. This idea can shuffle with the week, adapting to many schedules. The location is in New Jersey. The northeastern United States is lucky as major cities arent that far apart, making it easy to accomodate day trips or a weekend trip. Lets take the rest of the country. Despite long drives / air travel, leaving on a Friday to get there late that night, stay for the day on Saturday, then come back Sunday -- a day pass makes sense. Just thinking about it like that, then day passes make sense. It expands the audience (always good), and costs (almost) nothing to implement (just database changes) I know for myself, weekdays are a deterrent from doing these things, especially cause my location (wyoming / montana / insert rural western state here) is problematic since live events require population density and Denver, being one the the closer cities, is rarely used due to the neighboring densities (or maybe state law, i dunno).
