That is incorrect. There are no problems right now. The schedule they released weeks ago had LoL from 6:30-8:30 listed. They want the finals to get a lot of exposure. SC2 Semi Finals second match starts again at 8:30.

Anyone have any idea what the song that plays in the Trailer/Intro is? Such sick sounding stuff.

yea that was a really good event!!! Love the coverage (even when the power went out ) but I do have on suggestion, I think that IPL needs to have a better awards ceremony, it seemed way to unorganized and very uneventful.....but all in all it was an amazing event and I can’t wait until IPL 4!!!!! =]=] gg Stephano!!!!!!!<3<3

Amazing tournament! Wonderful job with the caster rotation. Also the roaming cameras were a life saver during the internet downtime. The matches had me on the edge of my seat and I am glad I stayed home to watch them!

Also, huge congratulations to Stephano. He is an amazing player and really showed what he can do this weekend. I do say he might have made a few fans

I can't agree more for such an amazing event all the way through it has such an anti climatic finsih. I know you will fix this minor issue at IPL4. Thanks for such an amazing event. Now I have to find something to entertain myself, i've been spoiled.

Somekind of Feedback :

The good :
Overall really good event from IPL. Major thumbs up. The games were perfect and the "internet crisis" was handled reasonable well out of a internet viewer perspektive. The general action flow was okay, not too much time between games and always something else to watch for the time. The repetition of the Videos could be better but one can live with that. Casters did there job really well, although i don't really like all of them, i can say from an objective point they did a good job there.

The bad :
I did not like the "player interviews". I'm not really sure why. The player's seemed not to be really into them and i think this partly because the question they were asked, which where very general and did not have more content than "how does X feel". I'd prefer something like the Nasl interviews (the one gretorp does during the online broadcast not the one on the offline event which where terrible as far as i remeber) which focus more on the game and the actions the player took in it. There the player is on familiar ground and feels more comfortable so the interview should be better for all participants. I have to add that my opinion might not be the most based on the most objective reasons, because i really really dislike both persons that did the interviews.

What could be better :
The openbracket coverage and the round of 32. I know that one organisation can't cover all the matches that are going on but i think that you don't have to. Just do it like Dreamhack and allow other casters to take some of the matches. To increase the awarness of the tournement sponsors you can just give them somekind of commercial material that they play between games. It's likely to increase viewers because in germany, russia, france, etc. people often favor casts in their own language. As the tournement progresses you can just limit the games to your own casters.

Hope this is helpful and in the right place (if it's not please tell me a better one so i can post it there). I'm really thankful for the troubles you went through to bring us such a good event and i hope the next one will be even better.

Impressive production levels, free HD stream running at 60 FPS, downtime constantly filled with worthwhile content. Everything about this tournament was top notch.
Oh, the games and the players were awesome too :D

Only little problem I had was that, while I have nothing against HD and PU, I felt it would have been much better to use Apollo's preparation in the finals.

A big gg to all the staff who made this tournament possible.

Amazing tournament! My first live event and it was really great.

Props:
1. Player pool - totally sick.
2. Minimal down time.
3. Great casting.
4. high production value

Slops:
1. Venue - honestly I was not a fan of the casino environment. Had to walk ages to get between the qualifier area / main stage, lots of rude drunk people around (not necessarily members of the eSports community), etc. There are many other venues available on the East coast and New Jersey specifically - Somerset, Newark (super convenient area to get to!!!!), NYC, Philadelphia. I know New Jersey in particular has some very harsh liquor laws, so hopefully there is a compromise to be made somewhere.
2. So many good games did not get casted! thorzain/huk/select/etc.
3. Cost/value if you didn't get half price tickets. I got my tickets half price, but if I didn't I would have felt like I didn't really get much for it considering that there was pretty much nothing else "officially" going on except for the games. There should be some perks to being at the live event - player panels, signing/meet and greets, things like that.

Overall really positive experience! Looking forward to the next 4 events, thank you so much to David Ting and all the IPL staff.

Let someone more knowledgeable about the game and can ask more questions pertaining to the just recently played game do the postgame interviews. Or just let the casters do it please.

I think Rachel and Anna did a pretty good job actually. The post game interview isn't really supposed to be about strategy or game related at all. Do I think they can be better? Of course, but I don't think they necessarily have to give Anna and Rachel the boot. Anna was super cheesy though...tone it down some.

Dress down Anna/Rachel a bit. Its not the Oscars.
Make sure nobody runs down your internetpole (lol).

So there, thats it for complaints.

Overall awesome.
Really appreciate the amount of "silly" in between the games. Deathlord vs Goliath for example. If there is no "real" game to go, doing silly stuff is awesome.

I wasnt even watching from the start. I regret that. I will definitely be watching more of the live tournament next time.

This new younger guy caster really needs to work on sounding more objective and exciting and less like a 16 year old dissing his most unliked band. Alot of facts/things he observes he mentions with a somewhat snarly voice and it really grinds my gears, ok to judge a great player who playes bad at times but christ not everything is worth dissing :/

EDIT: Joshua or what his name was. Also link on stream is still towards this topic so I don't know where else to whine about what I think is bad casting.
