신 청풍명월 2.1 (Neo Harmony 2.1)
Changes - Chokes at each base narrowed a bit to allow for easier defense. - Mineral only expansions removed - Bridges around the middle widened. - Entrance to third gas shortened to one ramp only. - Minerals at the third gas increased from 750 to 1000.
신 추풍령 2.1 (Sin Chupung-Ryeong 2.1)
Changes - Main bases mineral count reduced from 9 to 8. - To compensate, the expansion at the main has been increased from 6 to 7 mineral patches. - Area behind the expansion has been changed to open ground to help Terrans against Mutalisk harass.
Rush Hour III 3.1
Changes - Various doodads removed to help unit movement. - Central minerals adjusted to help unit movement. - 11 o'clock has minor changes. - Each position slightly moved and edited. - Expansions topography and geography edited minutely.

Hmm, Rush Hour still doesn't have reverse ramps like the new maps do. They can at least adjust it for that, you know?
Also now I think it's easier for PvT to storm drop the nat in new chupung-ryeong.>_>...just empty space behind the minerals. It looks bad

The changes to harmony make TvP extremely imbalanced in favor of T when the terran player is at the position immediately anticlockwise to the protoss player. This is because the protoss player can't easily take his 3rd due to the fact that maynarding fucks up - therefore must expand further away (to the clockwise base) which makes it more prone to harass and harder to defend etc.

The easier to defend choke is for Neo Harmony.
As for chupung, I believe reducing the main base's minerals from 9 to 8 really helps zerg because both T and P cannot FE as fast. This is the perfect balance to that map.

I doubt any of these changes will make that much of a difference except the space behind the nat on ChupungRyeong.
