Some players are famous for bulldog style like IefNaij. imo, if you don't know what you're getting into, you should just play it safe and not bulldog, although it can take the terran by surprise. Might also be a good follow up to a 12 nexus build.

^Bulldog (or 4zeal shuttle, 3 gate goon) being used correctly. (the actual attack starts at 8:05) It doesn't necessarily have to be breaking the nat. In that vod, Guemchi is breaking Up's wallin (to his main), which is what it's normally used for. After dropping the 4 zealots into his main or nat, you can carry in dragoons to further pressure the opponent. The build is somewhat "all-in" like, so with bad micro you will probably lose all your units and lose the game. But with good micro, you'll just break the opponent (if he didn't scout the rush coming).

EDIT: Assuming he goes FD or Siege FE Pair of turrets, spread tanks, buildings floating in front to distract goon fire, 2-3 vults and some mines spread in front of nat (under buildings if you can). In fact, rax + ebay floating in front of nat with mines hidden underneath with one tank close enough behind to hit a goon before goon + ob targets mine is a hard counter and really very funny. Owns the fuck out of any nat break.

Owns the fuck out of any nat break. First one gives an example to look at of a well done bulldog, and the second explains things from the other perspective. I am glad I read this now. Thanks guys.

For toss, all in strategies would include: 9/9, 9/10, 10/12 gates, 3 gate goon, 4 gate goon/zeal, 2 robo after cyber.

Trust me, it is well worth it to lose some SCVs in order to stop this rush cold. Also, someone posted something about turrets and mines- a lot of times, Bulldog will come way before that and you may not want to go mines before siege on a lot of maps so pulling scvs is a must in my opinion, but it's very effective. As for the 8:00 bulldog rush or whatever, I feel like all you need to do is engineering bay+ rax at the natural entrance. You may want to use one of those to scout island expos so you can use depots instead. On maps with open entrances, I really don't see why you wouldn't put up a "wall" with a few buildings, it doesn't hurt you at all and protects you from bulldog.
