If you are interested in collecting this old add on to StarCraft here are 2 torrents. I was going to check them out myself, thought I might share the info.
I will leave what I thought of it. If you tried it already tell us what you thought of it and if it worth collecting/having/trying. Also if you beat me to it, by all means do leave a description/review we all can use.
ITS CRAP - edit after trying it ~ just don't bother with this crap, its not even noob friendly..
If I remember correctly it's just some map-pack/campaign-pack or something like that done by campaign editor.
Heh it actually is there in a spot you can't miss
Not authorized by Blizzard (and pulled off the shelves mere weeks after its release), this add-on for StarCraft features 22 levels for single players, and 32 for multiplayers. Requires full version of StarCraft to play.
Stellar Forces was Micro Star's second unauthorized add-on for a Blizzard game. The first was Diablo: Unearthed Arsenal. Blizzard felt that the low quality of Unearthed Arsenal reflected poorly on their product and reputation (rightfully so) and filed suit to block the release and sale of Stellar Forces. Their press release read (in part):
"Today, in an effort to protect our brand and to ensure the quality of products purchased by our customers, Blizzard filed a lawsuit against Micro Star Software in connection with the sale and distribution of Stellar Forces, an unauthorized StarCraft add-on product. Blizzard believes that by using StarCraft's campaign editor for commercial purposes, Micro Star has violated the end user license agreement and is in breach of contract.
We believe that we must aggressively combat the sale and distribution of unauthorized add-ons associated with our properties. In our opinion, Stellar Forces meets neither Blizzard's standards nor our customers' expectations. As gamers ourselves, we feel obligated to prevent the sale of unauthorized add-on products that do not add value to the StarCraft experience."
Stellar Forces was recalled shortly thereafter proving once again that the only thing more terrifying than a Zerg Rush is a lawyer.
..basically don't make money with our shit without asking first and sharing second.. After this no one else made a commercial add-on for a Blizzard game (to my knowledge).

I tried it. It's the kind of garbage you'd expect. 54 non related maps vs. the computer with missions like 'Kill the protoss forces' or 'nuke the zerg hive' ... In almost every map you start with a base and few units and have to kill a nicely decorated computer base á la original single player campaign but just way more badly made. Then there's missions where you have to rescue a civilian or bring crystal to a specific location. Too easy. Too boring. Don't bother people.
hot.77 given that it is campaigns that came out almost after vanilla, it can't be too hard. Question though, would it be fun for someone who is just starting? I will go try them.
Just tried it. It is for starting players only. I am not surprised Blizz shot it down. like hot.77 says, the original campaigns are better. In my opinion any campaign that is easier than the last levels of the original campaigns is just daft, since most finish those and then go online or try harder campaigns not easier. There are fan-made campaigns better than this. This campaign is ideal for someones little brother who just started playing StarCraft.
# alpskomleko play custom, set usm and scroll down or go to up level, and scroll down.
Judas Cloud series "The Shifters." on starcraft.org is quite a good campaign. Im downloading the "shifters ll" just cause judas cloud is such a talented map maker. Along with ofcourse Nananki_Xlll (Mario party series, FF rpgs.. etc). When mission delta was up there was alot of GREAT map makers. but now everything is consolidated to starcraft.org imo.
I think the campaigns that are most useful for new players are those where they actually build, not walk around a talk to NP characters. There is a reason behind my recent quest for good campaigns. My son Julian just finished the originals but he get cremated online still. Any other suggestion?

Have him try Blizzhard on your Project? Nearly 60 campaign maps (non-rpg) have been updated w/ individual "town" ai's. Need testers!
Physiciam, get him to beat BroodWar, the BW scenario is supposed to be way harder than SC original scenario.
Also, we all know nothing can substitute netplay... Get him to play guitar or something for killer apm. And teach him build orders.. LOL i dunno.... to make a chobo to a gosu is beyond a science, tis an art.
