Well all of them works with limited numbers of cameras. 3 guests could be a problem. Or do you actually mean 3 overlays for each combination?
EDIT: hit me up with PM if you do not wanna spoil it.

I know you’re used to making “fancy” food so I have a small suggestion – try picking a recipe which is enough if you’re really hungry (progamers need the fuel :D ). For example the pork chops were great but I was wondering why no potatoes or dumplings on the side (I would be hungry after the meal otherwise). I love the show!
PS: Roast pork with dumplings and sauerkraut for the win!

watched the second episode, pretty great stuff

He explained it during the episode. It is more than enough, just scale the meat to a personal need. But if you feel like having extra then he suggested mashed potatoes are great. You do not really have to show people how mash potatoes, add butter and possibly a bit of milk
Overall I get your point, you just choose a poor example. I would like more baked recipes and/or soups for us large men :D

PS: Roast pork with dumplings and sauerkraut for the win! Well during the episode I went over why I chose not to use a starch which is you don't need one because of the fact that you are utilizing the breading on the pork as your starch. You could have used bread or maybe mashed potatoes but I chose to not because it would have been a lot more work for the people watching.
