[Suggestion] Advanced VOD Replays

Since it is the year 2012 already (<== the future is now) I think passively watching VODs is no longer acceptable. This is how it is supposed to work:

* Casters record their observer camera into the new .sc2advreplay format.
* Casters audio comment is also bundled in this file.
* The 'Advanced ROD (replay on demand) Player' keeps audio and replay timings in sync.

While watching one can:
* switch cameras between player-, observer/caster- and everyone-cam,
* explore the map,
* switch between production/units/... tabs,
* see, what the casters/observers were missing,
* still have the couch potato comfort of TV like consumption while
* feel(ing) like a freaking 2012 interactive badass.

hm nice idea, but actual replays of games will be a rarity in the future, there are no replays already from many big tournaments, and with kespa players joining SC2 it will only get more rare.

Dumb question, but why do tournaments not release replay packs?

Some do, some don't. I believe it was MLG that stopped doing it because replay files contained information that could lead to players being DDoSed.

This sounds pretty cool, but doubtful it would ever happen

What needs to be implemented (community edition):

ReplayCastProducer:
* key & mouse-logger for recording the observer-cam
* included audio recorder
* sync-timer
* produces .sc2advreplay bundle file containing original .sc2replay, audio-stream, logged key/mouse-event stream, timeline

ReplayOnDemandPlayer:
* starts sc2replay
* starts audio stream
* feeds sc2 with the logged key&mouse-events
* keeps sync between audio and observer-stream-events
* reacts to some meta-key events for switching between observer-stream and interactive-mode
* of course plasters half the screen with $$€€₩₩ ads

Uninteresting details:
* loading time for replay/actual start of replay needs to be recognized programmatically
* translation of mouse movements between observer-cam-stream and the actual screen size is needed
* switching between observer-stream and interactive-mode is not trivial (even impossible unless the original observer spams player-cam "keyframes" every now and then).
