So if you can't stand unpopular opinions, or people disliking what you like, close the thread.
1. Bnet 2.0, feels fisher price and xboxy, which is not a good thing.
2. People who support shitty events, personalities, players because they "promote esports". When in reality things would be better if the shitty parts got more hate and less support. Looking at MLG here. The fact that most of the "promotion" they do is also self serving in the extreme.
3. The gameplay changes from sc2, the blob vs blob and general strength of all ins and build order wins and the fact dustin browder and co completely love these aspects and have said it will not change for HOTS.
4. The attitude of the community that Sc2 is so much bigger than everything else and the only esport in existence, even when LoL hits 200k+ concurrent viewers it's viewed as not on the scale of SC2. Despite constantly having more viewers on their everyday streams.
5. Bad casters everywhere who are kept around for one reason or another. JP, mrbitter, husky, moletrap etc. Just lots of talent that makes the game not great to watch but for whatever reason have a fanbase or are kept around.
6. day9 dailies and the general attitude of that scene. Just not a fan of cult of personalities.
7. Not many people in the scene even play the game.
8. Everyone's playstyle is very similar.
9 Build order wins not being recognized by fans. MMA can go the perfect build order counter to MVP at blizzcon, get a humongous lead and barely wins 25 min later and everyone comments how good MMA looked, when it was absolutely amazing MVP even survived 10 minutes. Then everyone saying how good MMA looked and dominant he was because he got lucky rolling a dice.
10. The amount of community support sc2 gets when the developer support is miniscule to completely trash. The community should actively be boycotting HOTS and generally looking for a third party indie RTS to "clone" sc gameplay, instead they just accept and support the scene.
11. The "seen it all" feeling. Sometimes this is erased by a few series but the overall general gameplay and matches of Sc2 are just so "deja vu", way less dynamic metagame than Sc:bw and far less map updates.
