'Jack of all trades', caster Park Sang-hyun, to lead casting crew for the GSTL
Sang-hyun in the middle, along with Yoo Dae-hyun on the left, and Lee Seung-won on the right. Both have moved on to OnGameNet.
Debuting in July of 2005 with MBCgame, Sang-hyun has become a recognizable voice of ESPORTS in Korea. He will now be the lead caster for the GSTL starting this Friday along with Ahn Jun-yeong and Park Dae-man.
He is known as the 'jack of all trades', due to his ability to commentate a variety of games. During his time with MBCgame, he has cast games such as Starcraft, Tekken and Special Force.
Korean casters are amazing. They succeed in explaining the game to you, hyping it, and actually make you extremely excited for what's going to happen. And in a game where all the information is handed to you with a better UI, it can be harder, but they manage to give you that feeling of what's going to happen next. I'm excited for this, will try to tune into the Korean stream maybe, since I haven't in the past.

Unless you don't speak korean.
You don't need to speak korean to know what they are saying. You just need to listen to their heart and soul.
Best of luck to Park Sang Hyun as he continues his eSports career. I know that this news won't seem like much for most of the fans here on TL, but the Korean community is really hyped about this. I've emphasized over and over in various threads that commentary can really make or break the viewers' experience. This move will definitely encourage more viewers to check out SC2 in Korea - I've already seen a lot of positive replies on various message boards.
