The recent tournament results feature is new to TL, but i feel it needs more visibility than in the right sidebar

Can someone please bring it up to your mod/admin internal discussions to have move the link to the top navigation bar, perhaps under the Features menu? The page needs more visibility, which isn't getting in the right sidebar!

I've been amazed at the amount of threads closed/users banned, especially lately with the surge of new users. Aren't you administrators and moderators tired of closing threads to which you reply with
* "read the (strategy) forum guidelines"
* "this thread is not permitted on TL"
* "(insert X) is not permitted"
* "TL doesn't work this way. Banned for X days, come back when you learn the rules"
Some people will never escape the ban hammer - they are just hopeless/assholes - but for many new users, they just don't know the rules and their ban could be avoided.
Can you make the (strategy) forum guidelines more visible? For example, a sticky with red font color, or a link to forum rules(10 commandments).
I put "strategy" in parentheses because this problem is not only in the strategy forum, it's all of the others too. Users are clearly not familiar with the forum rules. The strategy forum has stickied rules, but it's still not enough - they need to be red or something. There needs to be a link to the 10 commandments - that will save mods so much headache!
Edit - the recent tourney results is on the right sidebar; found it, but I still think it could be on the top sidebar
