I want to make sure the general consensus is agreed upon that DrugDealer used maphack on this game.
1) Starting from 7 min mark, he starts to look through my base in Fog of War
2) After I determined we are in close position and he already made hellions and doing blueflame upgrade (scanned), I positioned marines and tanks in the mineral line, which he did not come to drop after making 4 hellions and not having scanned at all.
3) Cloaking upgraded banshee did not come to my base after I built turrets, which he had no idea I had turrets built. Repeat: He had not used scans at all time.
4) Hellion drop at my secret expo (5 o'clock position, any player in this position would go that far just do scout/harrass)
Please determine this yourself please.

Post concrete evidence before asking people do your "hacking analysis". From the points you listed, it sounds very normal for a Terran player to do.
P.S. I find it funny that your handle is iHacker and you are accusing this guy of hacking.

With no offence intended, why wouldn't you just report and post this to blizzard?
I think if there's any ambiguity whatsoever, you should report it (it doesn't cost you to in any way); The opinion of a bunch of people on a forum is completely irrelevant.

Just watched the game, the guy is without a doubt map hacking. Before you insult this player, please watch the replay regardless of it not being in the "hacker thread" this is most definitely a map hacker.

I already reported to blizz and provided solid evidence for hacking AKA "replay file"
Normal thing for TvT to do?
I find it abnormal for any race MU for knowing all army movement and expo spots without scouting at all.

BTW, what the opposing player was doing was absolutely not normal TvT player. As OP said he did not scan once, nor did he even scout once. Keep your player camera on "drugdealer" and then look at "ihacker", "drugdealer" is looking through the fog of war at everything. It is blatant map hacking.

Watched the replay hes a hacker for sure, looking into FOG of war for long periods doing a drop on a base he hadn't scouted / had anyway of knowing of...
Also hows the irony of your in-game name- IHacker...

I downloaded and watched, clearly abusing something that is giving him access to see through fog > DrugDealer looks through the fog multiple times and even queues a drop to the third (second) of iHacker without seeing it there.
What's sad...is that it's clear he does not belong in the league he's playing > with a birds-eye view of the game and his mechanics are so bad he can't react properly to the hacked information (ie, he sees your expo orbital (which completes at 5:50) and his own expo command center doesn't finish until 10:00....clearly shitty game-sense...the proper response would be to all-in knowing you've expanded, or to macro harder than you since he can see everything about your base and do it safely.
OP - should have posted his own analysis points though, and just reported to blizz; not much can be done here other than spark some kind of flame war (which I am no doubt now participating in).

6:00 > again, views through fog (CC floating to expo)
8:37 > queues a drop through fog to 2nd (in hidden third location)
