I think I have finally worked it out.
No matter how good these players are, each one seems to make each other look like a B-rated player.
Therefore I can only come to one conclusion...

i wouldve pictured jaedong as charizard, flash as venusaur and bisu as blastoise
edit: i just looked them up and blastoise has the best defence/sp defence lol
