Probably yes. Definitely the only one to do so with 5+ games against all of them anyway. Pretty sick record, too bad he can't get consistent enough, or stay motivated enough.

Bisu = Spiritomb w/ Shadow Sneak... Pretty much the only thing he can do.

There's a reason it's TBLS and not just TLS, after all. 
The next closest I could find was...  fOrGG???
6-3 vs Bisu
4-6 vs Flash
4-1 vs Jaedong
And of course he's retired now and doesn't have the winning record against all 3 (and is 2-9 vs Stork).
