good scaling, good outline and layout in general but looks rather boring (visual)
i like the use of this very simple yet effective use of the setup of main-nat-third which is see so often, but is something that looks very intelligent when one recognizes the distances and ramp setups at the fourth.
the centre might be uninspired so you better find some fancy visual deisgn ideas for the area.
chokes seem to be very - ehm, choky? bigger nat-choke would be good and also wider ramps at fourth (oh, and a bigger fourth would be good, too!
I would like to see a little bit more open space in crucial areas where you want to have the fighting to take place. what do you think about moving the HYs a bit towards centre? then the corridor-shaped area in front of the nat's centre would be more fun for zerg, I guess. also the chokes/pathes into the crossing in the centre would be shorter and games were more mobile or flexible here.
did I mention I love the ramp to attack the third? did you try to make it a bit wider(more space on its top? it cold become crucial for positioning.
I think with a few more work on details this layout will really rock.

i see ur points in all what u mentioned but im not so sure if i want to change all of them.
-gold will be moved towards the middle, i like this one
-gonna make the ramphighground bigger and open up the entrance at the fourth (1 more hex)
-fourth will stay the same size. now i have the chance to take either the normal third or the fourth as third. if i make the fourth bigger i would feel uncomfortable as a player to take it as third. there would be less possibilities and less variations in the gameplay.
-not so sure about the natural choke...why make it bigger? im protoss and i dont like to block my natural with 3 buildings :D to be serious, whats the balance difference between a 2 building choke and a 3 building choke besides fast expanding is saver with 2 building chokes.
- ur totally right about the mid visuals...i dont know how to design it interessting. acctually adding doodads there was the last step at creating the map. there are some (hard to see on the overview), u should try a testgame to see them.
otherwise i really like the overall design , its natural and idyllic. the concrete let it look boring, maybe im gonna change the texture.

while playing 1v1 PvT i felt like there are way to many expansions which are too easy to take if you control both watchtowers in close position.
Must be really good for FFAs though!

Loving the map!, looks great, i can't wait to try it out.
I'm afraid i can't help but really hate this tileset though ahah.

if you really want it to be the same, id say that out the golds... they kind of ruin the openness of the original map.

I like all of this map's features except for the small natural choke and the title set. Please widen the choke and change the title set to something more appealing (or just switch out the metal in the middle with some other texture, because it is disgusting).

now that i look at it, looks like a smaller version of taldarim + gold :D
