Currently, Hapahauli is set to be lynched. < 2 hours until deadline.
Also: Calm your potatoes, everyone. It's a game! It's fun! (and this one also very delicious)

sorry, I'm going to try to cool off a little bit.
grush if you're town, it's not personal, I just really despise having to read players who do not post and do not do anything for the majority of the game.
lylo situations are always frustrating because I feel like it's always a crapshoot between lots of players who simply have not put in very much effort into the game. If scum have put in effort (like Hapa) over the townies, then how are you to tell the difference between a lurking scum and a townie? Its one of the hardest things to do in mafia, and to be asked to do that multiple times is just mentally exhausting.

Sometimes you're more of an asset to mafia as town than as mafia! Seriously, what the fuck?!
I don't understand what the motivation is behind playing the way you do. You sign up for multiple games and afk through them all, forcing townies to question whether or not you're scum or town lurking it away. It's not fun to have to deal with players like you, it makes the game almost impossible to win. Yea its becoming a problem. I went back to LVI where I was scum and I remembered a post I think it was from you actually postgame saying... It was obvious grush was scum no starsenses and complete opposite activity compared to before game.(I was gonna quote it because it confirms that even you think that starsenses are 100% towntell lol) All in the postgame people were angry about people lurking/trolling throwing the game for town. One guy said that I predict in the future this forums mafia is going to be filled with trolls. That was in July. I don't troll, even though it might seem like it. Like in this game, I am super excited early on, post alot, and then I come back in the thread and theres a few pages of stuff and I just don't know what to do/ what to post etc. Also being in two games sucks too, last time I did this I just lurked in both games. However late game I get pretty excited because only a few people are left and its like you can comment on events while its happening, not when you're sleeping and when you come back there are 20 pages of stuff to read and by the time your done you don't even remember half of it. I just don't know what to do :'(. I read guides and such but idk what is wrong....

I understand. Honestly at this point the only person I know isn't scum besides myself is iamperfection. But its k i <3 you forever because in one of my first games you replaced and kick some scum butt.

@Grush I realize that threating to lynch you if your lurk, while I am lurking is hypocritical I realize that. Understand tho that I am not lurking by choice. And i still stand by my statement of lynching you if you dont keep posting. Your argument and case on WBG was actually great.
I would however like your opinion on this.
How do you go from this.
On January 24 2013 06:41 grush57 wrote: I hope you all go throughout his (WBG's) filter aswell and make some reads yourself. I feel like I didn't get everything there was just too much scumminess.
To this.

And yes you wanting to end the game does sound bad. All you have to do each day is lynch your biggest scum read. If you think Lazer is 100% scum. Then ofc you vote for him. If you have a better read as WBG as scum lynch him. However since its LYLO we have to make sure that all the town agrees on the lynch. Given that I think we should lynch Lazer tmw.

Well I meant that going through wbg's filter im not 100% sure he is scum, and I should lynch lazermonkey.

Idk stupid reasoning, I thought we would save time if we just decide between me and wbg so the game would essentially be over. If i get lynched gg, if we lynch wbg then lazermonkey would prolly just surrender.

But neither of those things are guaranteed. Granted looking at what we got I think that lynching Lazer tmw would be the best idea.

Night 3
YEAAAAAAAAAAAAH CHEESECAKE!!!
Daytime at the Cheesecake Factory was rather quiet. Many outspoken cheesecakes had fallen victim to large hammers, the fat bastard Luis Armstrong, and dastardly pie-related killings. For the first hour of Day 3, the desserts held vigil to honor their fallen brothers.
Candles were lit, stuffed inside each dessert individually, and all joined crusts. Swaying back and forth, they chanted a hymn to pay respects.
All but one dessert attended the service. Afterward, Hapahauli was rumored to be lurking in one of the main refrigerators bottom compartments.Though dark and creepy, Mr. Cheesecake cautiously proceeded down the stairs to confront the rogue dessert. Everyone filed in line behind the Headmaster, their creamy exteriors peering over his shoulder to see ahead.
A candle lit the room. The eyes of a masked dessert, cloak and hood shrouding his topping, were barely visible.
"Out out brief candle!" Hapahauli smirked, and blew out the only light source, slipping into the shadows of the refrigerator compartment.
"Uhhh, okay. . ." Someone clapped their crusts together and lights suddenly illuminated the room in it's entirety.
The site was unbearable. Pictures of baby seals littered the room, everywhere baby seals. There was even a baby seal painted to the ceiling. So cute, but so inappropriate for the event. Behind a large mound of stacked seal pictures hid the shivering dessert. The denizens of the Cheesecake Factory surrounded him in a taunting half-circle.
"How do you explain this... this... behavior!?" Someone shouted. Hapa responded in haste:
"Let me show you..."
The lights dimmed, and a projector magically appeared in the rooms center. He flicked the switch. A sepia-tone picture of a seal was cast on the rooms left wall. An old fashion countdown began... 5... 4... 3... 2... 1... and then it happened. A man appeared, and a tune began playing..
"Never gonna give you up, never gonna let you down, never gonna run around and DESSERT you!" The projection of Rick Astley danced and sang in his all-too familiar manner.
The desserts looked at each other, confused and in shock.
Mr. Cheesecake had enough of these shenanigans. Pulling out a radiating golden fork, he took the liberty of stabbing Hapahauli to death. Fruit filling everywhere, what a shame. He tasted the fork and smiled.
"Ladies and gentledesserts, APPLE!"

He mentions Crossfire maybe...3 times, and all he does is ask people if he's a smurf or what, and then doesn't try to further a read on him. Then, he makes an offhand remark later in the game about something Crossfire did or said. Nothing there.
He doesn't mention his second teammate at all from what I could tell. His biggest concerns were debears, talking to marv, Z-Boson, and some others (yes, he was only alive d1, but still). I was curious to see who his other teammate was, so I went into the endgame and saw djodref. Having read Hapa's filter and small bits and pieces in context of his posts I would never have even guessed djo was playing that game.
I'm pretty confident in light of this that grush is hapa's scumbuddy. djo replaced thrawn who hapa was trying to kill at then end of day 1 so i think my point is pretty valid.

ok, let me go back again, I missed that.
|
Oh that flavor was so good, especially cuz it fit the thread.
|
like bugs i think hapa even said in the obs of that thread that his play that game was designed to be wifom mind traps.
Hapa knows that he has to be somewhat of a leader as scum so he almost always comments on everything regardless of him being scum.
that just my perspective on the issue. --------------------------------------------------- Tell me bugs are you surprised at all that lazer didn't vote for hapa sooner?
