A: 3 days ago (August 19) I was promoted to Masters. But it appears our division is a new one. As soon as I was promoted I was 10th... I am currently ranked 5th. It so happens that the top ranked player in my division is SlayerS_CoCa. When I asked around they told me he was extremely good at ZvT.

Now, see this division and this account.

As of writing, this SlayerSYellow account (yes, if you search sc2ranks there are two - one is the known fake) is currently ranked 15th in the linked division, has dropped rank slightly in recent days, was very recently promoted to Masters (the only thing which concerns me is the discrepancy in promotion date with the interview which states August 19, sc2ranks states August 20/21), and the division has a certain NEXCoCa in rank 1.

Conclusion: if this SlayerSYellow account is not YellOw's, then another account in this division is. Let the discussion resume?
