You have to provide some kind of evidence/proof (screenshots/replays etc.) if you are going to accuse somebody.
Additionally, a supporting comment of what people should be looking for and when will be necessary if you are posting replays/evidence. |
I think now that I'm aware of this I'm starting to recognize the symptoms alot more.
For example, one day today, TvP, i went 4 rax stim timing, I notice his army bumbling across the map, i decide to load up a medi to send out a drop...the second i do this, he crashed into my defences...i hold, he goes for a third to get back in, and here is where it gets fishy....i do a 2 prong medi drop with main army positioning to snipe eiter nat or 3rd(this is on ohana).
First medi is pathed to go across his main mineral line, 2nd one is hitting the natural from the right side, main army up the gut towards the third obviously....now my 2 drops both get picked off by stalkers perfectly positioned on the exact route of both medis, and despite me shiftclicking my medis to drop on the instant they cross landfall, 1 marine comes out of each, meaning he either is A. the luckiest sunuvabitch b. superquick reactions, because my drops were coordinated so they arrived at same time, and he would have to literally snap between the 2 right clicking the medis(no blink) within miliseconds or 3. he was hacking, saw my flight patch.
Also its funny because during all this his main army also darted from being chilled at the bottom of his nat ramp, to blocking the rock path right as my main army came streaming down it...
if blizz doesnt sort it out soon im gna lose faith in this game, its bad enough losing but when you know ur opp is cheating badly and theres nothing you can do about it its fucking frustrating.

I played a guy on the ladder named "JacobTheKing" on NA ladder a couple days ago.. He's a plat protoss. I watched the replay yesterday and saw that he was tracking all my army movements through the fog of war. He didn't scout me once during the entire match. If you watch the replay it's pretty clear..
Watch around the first one or two big engagements (especially the last one).. once my army gets towards the top half of the map he traces it..
I reported him on bnet, but I don't know what good that will do so I figured I'd post this here too.

rofl I just watched the rep. this guy is definitely one of the more blatantly obvious maphackers. For those who didn't watch, "JacobTheKing" doesn't leave his base or scout a single unit, let alone the enemy base, yet prepares perfectly for every attack, and constantly toggles his camera over the advancing army of his enemy, which is completely out of his vision. I believe he even dropped a preemptive forcefield on the ramp he should have had no idea his opponent was about to walk up. Despite this massive advantage, dear JacobTheKing loses horribly and seems to suffer from a distinct lack of game understanding. TL;DR this guy doesn't even try to hide the fact that he's maphacking.

Sadly, this thread is only for high master/GM because those (in theory) are the areas that matter the most on the ladder, due to the limited nature of the number of GM seats and for the fact that online tournaments will often invite "ladder warriors" to participate for a possible money prize (Blizz's WCS, for example, invited a known maphacker due to his rankings on the ladder but then quietly uninvited him). Best you can do for someone like that is to report it to Blizzard and let them handle it.

He's not top masters nor GM, but as being part of LG, I felt the need to point that we caught him and kicked him out. He was caught using maphack with auto-inject.
Noted the 4 first ones I noticed (queens not selected but inject)

There's more of it, but I didn't note the timings past that.
EDIT: LgUnTold was not on A/B team, he was going to be the Academy Team Manager when it would have been out.
He won't be added on the main page because he's not GM/top masters.

He saw you breaking down the rocks. The only reason you would do that is if you want to break into his base. I don't know what you're talking about with the 15-25 seconds, could you post a time on that?

This guy has 3-pylon-walled me two separate times, and lost both times; he's actually quite bad despite the maphack.

Blizzard needs to implement an active, real-time antihack. Having ban waves every 3-4 months or so does absolutely nothing apart from leaving seasons full of hacking. Also, people banned for hacking get only 2 days.

And this guy is complete trash... he was at 0/0/0 almost the WHOLE entire game.. that lasted 22 mins or so...
It's pretty ridiculous at the amount of hackers there are on ladder currently......
