dennistoo was just temp banned for 30 days by Nyovne. That account was created on 2010-10-13 17:25:41 and had 147 posts. Reason: Holy moley, your last banreason reads like: Reason: Just because you claim it's not balance whine doesn't mean it's not. Also you've been banned for balance whining before. And then you do exactly the same thing again, for the fourth time in a row. Darwin award if I ever saw one. Last chance, your moderation history is way too extensive and your post quality not existant. Isn't that more a ban for a "Balance whine in a balance whine topic"? I am not doubting what you are saying about his post history and previous bans, but isn't the front page article baiting these kind of reactions; especially when it contains way more drastic whining than the post from dennistoo? | ||

Also having a history is a huge factor. If I went way over the line in a balance whine for the first time it may result in a warning but probably a 2 day temp. But since dennistoo has had prior warnings and bans for the same reason, his duration is much much longer. Idk, I'll just let Nyovne answer this. | ||

If you haven't noticed that protoss sucks against terran, and has profound cost-efficiency difficulties against zerg, it’s because you're blind. would be worth a quick trip to Disneyland if it appeared in any LR thread, and dennistoo wasn't doing much more than agreeing with the sentiment of the OP, even if he does have a history of balance whining. | ||

A) treehugger is a veteran and doesn't have a prior history of balance whining in tournament threads. He wrote an article that was proofread, edited, finalized and triple checked by more than one other person. It wasn't a 30 second thought comment. B) I'm sad, very sad to be a Protoss player. In fact, i've stopped laddering due to the fact that Protoss simply can't win anymore late game against Z/T. This not not a balance discussion rather that thoughs on how the current metagame is producing. Please deepest apologizes to mod if my contents do shows like a whinning balance respond. It has taken imbalance on such an appalling scale as the 1/1/1 family of builds to cast MC down... See the difference? If you can't then I would recommend you not talk about game balance on teamliquid.net Treehugger gave a emotional but reasoned statement about the difficulties and undeniable fact that Protoss just isn't doing well and it can't be solely attributed to the players. The pbu's comment was not a footnote as part of a much larger statement. It was just I can't win so nobody can win ever. That's battlenet mentality- treehugger represents what TL should. The truth. If this isn't convincing enough, just reread rule 7 then rule 1. | ||
