You have to provide some kind of evidence/proof (screenshots/replays etc.) if you are going to accuse somebody.

Additionally, a supporting comment of what people should be looking for and when will be necessary if you are posting replays/evidence.

If you're so worried about it, go follow the guy and message the tournament organizers with your evidence while keeping a track of the conversation, and if you feel they've unsatisfactorily handled the situation, raise it up with a thread on TeamLiquid, Reddit and any other communities you feel is relevant. Continuing to post in here saying "something should be done" is completely incompetent. Go and get it done yourself, because honestly, your shitty posting here with extremely flimsy arguments is not helping your case against him, regardless of whether he hacks or not.

If you believe that this is a big issue and needs to be addressed, go and raise the issue up somehow. Just stop de-legitimizing your points with blanket statements concerning personal credibility, or analyzing replays without actually providing a replay. Furthermore, posting in this thread asking people to bring up more evidence is the weakest way to getting action done.

You have to blatantly hack soooo bad for there to be a general consensus, where the community is like "I'm 100% sure, time to add him to a list." And, if you got 10th place at a local lan, why would you ever hack? Even if he admitted to hacking in, say a WCS qualifier, what polices are in place to not give him a second chance or more? None that I know of.

If you think a competitive player hacks, all you can really do is draw attention/eyeballs to their games and hope they decide to stop hacking.

We're talking about a guy that has admitted to hacking and has commented that the hack he was using no longer works. You know any legit players that make those comments? How many legit players are getting accused in this thread in consecutive months?

Whether he is hacking or not, it makes no sense for him to not have more scrutiny than players that aren't getting accused of hacking.

I played him one game. When you're talking about one game, any player outside of Nerffy, the end result is inevitable: "it's 1 game. He could have gotten lucky." Given that he has been accused so many times and replays were uploaded just last month, I'm not sure why you would obsess over 1 replay. To me, it either sounds like it would take 1000 or you guys would have to stop being besties.

Until there are any punishments in SC 2 outside of needing to get a new account, all you can do is say "guy... I know what you're doing. Please consider having a change of heart." Maybe say it in Spanish.

the truth of the matter is, about 10-20% of the gm in NA server is hackers (maybe even higher)

There is nothing we can do except blizzard to implement some kind of anti-hack programs (I do not know if they are so complicated and resource consuming, I guess that is the only reason blizzard isn't doing it)

A lot of Korean ladder players quit competitive sc2 because of blatant hackers all over the ladder, and blizzard isn't doing anything to prevent/fix the prevalence of said hacks.

Anybody with brain can get away with hacks. They can pretend to scout while hacking, etc.

If blizzard doesn't step up their game, already dying sc2 will have no place in esports very quickly.

Korea does have a ridiculous amount of hackers.

I have reason to believe that a "control" hack exists also.
I have more than once lost "control" of my units on Korea(not lag) and lost games.

But why report it? I dont even know who these people are, half+ are barcodes

I just want to point out a tidbit that should highlight that no skill level is beyond hacking: In BW, Nada, who was one of the best pro gamers ever, used to hack in practice games. Something about helping him with timings and learning new maps. And for SC 2, people bring up lans, but, to my knowledge, the last "competitive" player that was outed for hacking was daisuki, a guy that got SECOND PLACE at WCS NA.

If there's no anti hack in SC 2 yet, yet no one is even going over suspected hackers replays in tournaments, you're talking about relying 100% on an honor system. It's ridiculous. Tons of "top players" hacked in BW, when there wasn't even anything to play for. I have no idea why you wouldn't expect history to repeat itself, especially if there's more incentive now.

While I doubt reviewing replays would actually get many disqualified/banned, at least it might dissuade some players from doing so and make it feel like there's a chance you might be playing in a tournament without hackers.

not saying your wrong but these aren't competitive players. they're just people complaining about hackers on a message board. That's like citing a TL thread of gold leaguers saying they're quitting SC2 because of hacks.

For what's it's worth, one of the suspected hackers multiple people have reported on here (including myself), Lacrima, hasn't been on in over a month (I friended him just to see what would happen). He seemed to be banned just before that recent ban wave.

I can't 100% confirm that he got banned, but he seemed to go from pretty active to completely inactive very quickly. I'm not saying the system works and is totally fine, but at least some people do seem to get banned.
Out there, the Kid learned to fend for himself. Learned to build. Learned to break.

Hacker name: DaNkS (ClanEXDaNkS, [MTOS]DaNkS)
Server: NA, SEA
League: masters
Description: hes already confirmed on sc2sea.com's caught maphackers thread http://www.sc2sea.com/showthread.php?t=3135 .

here are posts on this thread that accuse him of maphacking:
http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=340614&currentpage=261#5209
http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=340614&currentpage=261#5213

a maphacker accuses Danks of maphacking: http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=340614&currentpage=261#5213

in every replay hes ALWAYS countering with the proper build. miraculous scouts. perfect army control to prepare for incoming attacks.

here are replays of him maphacking:
http://drop.sc/318094 - sends probe directly to opponents base in whirlwind. if this was the wrong scout, he wouldve been at 10 probes with no pylon built. of course he makes sure he gets the pylon down at 10 and 2 gate him
http://drop.sc/350137 - same as first replay. instead he waits for 6 pool to go down, then sends 2 probes to counter with the 2 gate. the first probe is rallied to back of the opponents base, while the second probe is just for a show and sent cross position to main spawn location
http://drop.sc/350138 - scouts opponent first. 5:58 fog clicks roach warren. http://imgur.com/a/hwguo . 14:15 pulls back preemptively from corrupters. 16:15 preemptively pulls back against corrupters again, doesnt even finish killing pool
http://drop.sc/347059 - starts calling the opponent a maphacker, etc. 5:25 moves out to intercept reaper. watch his stalker as he completely denies reaper from ever getting in without knowing where it is. Danks proxies a stargate. qixi starts missile turrets across the stargate and in his main. Danks gets a voidray out, but doesnt even move an inch towards his opponent instead brings it back all the way home. he did not scout turrets, in fact hasnt scouted opponent all game. 10:30 complete preparation for incoming attack and perfect unit response. 13:15 watch his unit movement. again perfect counter to attacks and prepared; zealots for the unscouted tanks. 19:20 warps in stalkers to his third to defend incoming 2 dropships.
http://drop.sc/345655 - perfect hold and build counter
http://drop.sc/349302 - pvp. another perfect hold and build counter. the only time he built a pylon behind his minerals, to go cannons against the proxy gate. lots of things throughout replay: sends zealots to unscouted third. 16:00 warp prism movement going towards natural but turning around when stalkers are there. going around the unscouted stalkers later. 19:35 army movement as he denies zealot harrass and positions for incoming attack. general perfect harrass whenever opponent is about to move out
http://drop.sc/341100 - 2:45 look where he rallies his gateway as soon as it finishes. notice how opponents probe is ordered with command to build 2 pylons there (on opponents vision).

replays on NA: http://drop.sc/search?game_format=1v1&order=date_played&page=1&player=#295447
replays on SEA: http://drop.sc/replays?player=#303864

when i asked him if he used to be on clanex, he says no. then, he says he used to be but "people stole the name with clanex tag" http://imgur.com/AYkjfmz . his profile matches the replays. they have the same hotkeys (1 units, 2 nexus, nothing 5-9). and he still plays with clanex members. hes reached GM but, cant spend his chrono past 10 min. banks full energy on every nexus in all games. apm is mid 120-130. doesnt use more than 4 hotkeys. all of his wins are by having complete knowledge on build orders and incoming attacks.

"But why report it?" is the sort of attitude that lets hackers run rampant.

There's a "report player" function in the game client. If you suspect someone is hacking, report them.

Hacker name: Jstn
Server: NA
League: Silver

Description:
This should be a typical map-hacking activity from the zerg player. Simply follow the zerg player's pan of camera at 12:50, 12:52, 13:30 where the player looked into fog-of-war in the middle of the map without vision, right at the point some protoss units ralied or pushed out. Supporting (minor) evidence-- notice that the roaches are marching correctly to the unscouted protoss base at around 11 minute mark, in fact there were no scouting attempt from the zerg.

Thanks.

hotkeys from a replay on all 3 of your accounts on different regions

NA http://drop.sc/350138 - http://imgur.com/a/3gtqP

SEA http://drop.sc/347059 - http://imgur.com/a/ccrAx

KR http://drop.sc/323681 - http://imgur.com/a/cs76g

hotkeys exactly the same in every replay on all 3 accounts

theres the replay of u calling coach park a nigger on KR, just like u did in the SEA replay. also the same guy who posted on reddit how u made MsSpyte ragequit by cannon rushing her.

i wouldnt have spent so much time on u if u werent so fucking bm. but u mh hard

Sadly, I can promise you every one of those DBs have several accounts as well...

Even High Master there's a lot of Map Hackers. Every 4 - 5 games is one.
