It would be from their relation with Israel almost certainly.
sorry i'm not really into politics, but what was the relation between the US, israel and palestine? genuinely curious.
The super abridged version?
Israel and Palestine don't like eachother. Israel used to be small, Palestine used to be big. Now it's the opposite.

holy... how on earth did that even happen and no one raised the issue over the course of decades?
To be fair, each of these expansion of Israel occurred after the Arab nations invaded Israel, were soundly defeated and retreated as Israel took more land to protect itself, which is a fairly reasonable thing to do
To be fair, Britain came to Palestine after WWII bringing boatloads of Jewish refugees because Britain didn't want them, and inserted them into Palestine.

Hey Konadora, this right here is a huge reason why you don't hear a lot about this kind of stuff too. Any time someone says something on the matter, these people come out of the word work and call everyone anti-semitics. Of course, nobody wants to be anti-semitic, that would be Hitlerish. Better to stay quiet and be thought a fool than to open ones mouth and be though a nazi, I suppose.

It is unfortunately a side effect of having a dull/unaware public. Since we are not able to stop our governments from waging frivolous wars in the middle east it also stands to reason that we are unable to stop them from allying themselves with other nations who wage frivolous wars in the middle east. Its been talked about but the general masses don't know/don't care/support Israel blindly.

Eh, I've seen several posts that fit neatly under anti-semitism (one poster accused rich jews for the decision to stop fund UNESCO, for instance).
And internet people are notoriously hateful of Israel in general so this thread is really pointless unless you like to spread lies about Israel and have people agree with you.

I've seen no comments that are unwarranted except a few slightly conspiratorial nudges that have reliable truth to them. I see just posts talking about why the US has chosen this action. Would you point any horrible posts out?

In short, Palestine and other Islamic Countries tried to take over Israel over many years, and Israel kept beating them. Thats why the land changed so much.

Because... up until 1967, although the land was previously called Palestine (by the othmanians and the British), there were no real Palestinians, or a Palestinian state. The green territory that you see on the second from the left picture, is the territory that was given to the arabs by the UN, and the white to the jews, the jews were happy with what they got, however, the arabs did not, and a day after Israel declared independance, Egypt, Syria, Lebannon and Jordan attacked Israel. And lost. And so, Israel conquered territory from all of them and got to the second from right picture, now, up to this point, there was still no Palestinian pepole or a Palestinian state. In 1967, once again, the arab states planned to attack Israel, however, this time Israel launched a preemptive counterattack, and conquered territory from all of these countries (the lands now known as the gaza strip and the west bank were owned by Egypt and Jordan, respectively), not only that, but Israel also conquered the Sinai peninsula (a territory twice as big as today's Israel), only to give it back to Egypt for a peace agreement. It is pretty much at this point that the "Palestinians" were created as a distinct group, up until than they were just arabs who lived on the territory known as Palestine.
Now, I don't think that the governmant should keep most of the territory conquered, however, we just can't risk having terrorists getting even closer to our cities.

This.
Also, the US policies baffle me sometimes (a lot if I'm honest)

Catch-22 isn't it? Would the "terrorists" exist if they didn't perceive Israel to be stealing their land? Its a touchy and emotive subject. In South Africa years ago, the ANC were considered terrorists even though they were fighting for their rights as oppressed people. What makes what the Palestinians are doing different? One mans terrorist is another mans freedom fighter. I don't say this out of any disrespect to people who have had losses of those near and dear to them, merely to point out the other side of the story.

I swear this is another Godwin's law. The longer a thread concerning Jewish people remains open, the chance of a post appearing calling anti-semitism approaches 100%.

Israel kept beating them... With tons of awesome weapons sent by their friends in the USA.

Dude, why pull the card so early? We're not even on 3 pages yet and now the thread's gonna go to shit.
Because it has already taken that direction and will inevitably continue to do so like always on here where teenagers discuss things that they have been brainwashed with.

Well, duh, cause spreading lies about jews and bashing them is by definition anti-semitism. If I start a thread where we discuss how terrible black people are, is that not racism and is the person that brings it up a fool?

So that's problem, that they fought unfairly with better weapons?

I'd say the brainwashing in the west is pro-Israel.

this.
I watched the Republican debate, and I truly wtfed when people started cheering after Mrs. Bachman said that the US of A should always support Israel no matter what.

Britain basically deposited refugees into Palestine and told the locals to shove over and accept the refugees. It's quite understandable why they wouldn't like that.

i wont go in the rest of your post cause ... well lets just say i doubt it would lead to anything.
but that quote i have to comment on. have you ever considered that there are terrorists cause they lost EVRYTHING they had over the last 60 years just because of some outsiders decisions? and if they could live a good life on their own land maybe there wouldnt be tons of desperate people thats last resolve is terrorism(other then accepting to live in tents where your lucky to get fresh water)?
