Also look at the way he shifted his attention around, never called out somebody (besides the "lurkers" at the start) on his own, but piled up onto thrawn and ottox respectively as they started to get pressured by others. As the pressure subsides he pulls back as well. So I wanted him to give out reads of his own, maybe a target of his own, instead of sheeping others and blending in with thread-sentiment. Looks like he is either not online right now or prefers to lurk. Since I want to sleep soon, I won't stick around all the time until he posts. I cannot see any good town reasons for trying to blend into the thread and doing nothing besides piling up onto players already under fire. Looks incredibly scummy in trying to be on the "good" side of town, while seemingly "contributing" but actually just coasting along. I know it's a bit late to propose a new lynch target but phagga reads red to me now. | ||

Rereading all and I'll get some posts up. That timezone bit that you don't like I'm more null on. It's true that a bunch of timezone discussion won't really do anything, and the more I look back at it, the more that's not a point that could really start any discussion (which I was hoping it would). Timezones are just facts and it's not like scum was going to come out arguing that we should never find a common time to discuss things, so it wasn't going to filter out alignments at all. I kind of like his calling me out on the timezone bit being useless. | ||

Ottox' vote could be called omgus or scumhunting, it is kind of nullish. I already said that thrawn can be interpreted as scummy or townie so I am not so sure on it. I think both of them kind of talked to each other without listening to each other, at least it reads that way to me. As a result I dunno what to really make of it. Thrawn reads a bit as piling onto ottox while he is pressured, the votepost of his was not too informative, while ottox reads as kind of omgus. Both do not look too good in the exchange. | ||

On Sinensis, I can see his reasoning before his thrawn vote, but his thrawn vote is what makes me think he's scum. I want to think otto is scum because I feel like "getting pissed because the case against you is bad or badly expressed" is usually a scum tell. Scum get mad because "they don't deserve to find me like that" Townies get mad because "why won't they listen to me they're just being stubborn or having confirmation bias" but that usually only comes after they make a defense. So fos for that on Otto. But the thing is the rest of his filter doesn't feel scummy to me. He stuck with his suspicion of me but didn't over exaggerate it when I was posting weird and shitty stuff. And his stuff on the random lynch seemed retarded and purposely obtuse but when I retread it assuming he actually thought a random lynch meant "everyone randomize their vote" it is actually consistent. In summary: Otto you need to post more and I don't like your reaction to pressure but at this point I don't want to lynch you. So here's who I do want to lynch - thrawn. This was the first time I read his filter all the way through, and I noticed two trends - lack of follow through and jumping reads. Look at his attacks on me and on Otto. He asks me about shiaopi and I just completely blow him off on account of not actually having read his post. But the thing is, he didn't push me on it except for a side comment at some point, because he'd moved on to Otto. Then he jumps to sinensis without actually explaining why his read on Otto changed, except that people were jumping off of Otto at that point. So I think we should lunch thrawn. I don't think we should no lynch. Unless I'm doing the math wrong, all that buys us is another no lunch. Yes that gives us extra time, but it also pretty much lets scum hand pick who is alive at lylo, it's not worth it. So ##vote: thrawn2112 | ||
