From watching the VOD the tower went down at 9:37, Nasus 0/2/0 and behind Jax in farm 59-43 - most of the farm gap occuring after Nasus ported back and went to dragon. Jax looked to jump Karthus, but he sat tower; with Sypher keeping close in gold and the low levels they simply didn't have an advantage to press, although Jax did pick up another kill in lane.
Then Sypher stole 2nd dragon - I think Taric, camera was staring at Alth0r miles away - leaving Sypher ahead in gold despite Nasus (0/4/2, behind Jax in farm 101-85).
So I think Two_Down is right here -
CRS was to underfarmed to properly play out a 5v4 scenario on the rest of the map while nasus farmed.
Because of the levels and Sypher's dragon advantage, Curse wasn't in a position to push 5v4. If not for the steal on the 2nd dragon, they may have been at that point (whether or not they had taken top tower so early).

When Jax went down top lane he handled the ganks (GP from wolf camp) fine at first, but they did force him out of lane, spending a lot of time and losing bot tower while Curse saved him.

They were only even after the second dragon because of a mistake. The ward at golem should catch gangplank coming from wolves.
Also, is the stream really online? The stream on the official IEM site is showing the IEM Splash. Are they on the main ESL stream now?

It's starting now. If you edit your profile, you can set your timezone so the op will show your local time.

Stream's fixed. Bans now. Kog'Maw ban, finally--you can tell this is two EU teams. Wonder if CLG will leave Kog'Maw for Candy in the afternoon.

Bans:
Sypher: Kog'Maw, Kassadin, Karthus
FnaticMSI: Urgot, Ryze, Cassiopeia

Sypher: Janna, Rammus, Caitlyn, Udyr, Zilean
FnaticMSI: Talon, Morgana, Lee Sin, Ezreal, Sona

Fnatic with SINGLE AP. Very intresting.
Tho on 2nd thought talon should suit shushei's playstyle well.

I like that Sypher seems more in tune with how the game is played in other parts of the world and has adapted certain non-European picking styles into their play (e.g. Zilean, Galio, Fiddlesticks, etc.).

Whoa. I didn't even know a pause feature had been implemented.

Sypher dives Ezreal and Sona at bot tower, gets firstblood on Ezreal but Caitlyn dies in the process.
