The website has it's up's and down's, most noteably I really wish that it was possible (or easier if i have just not found a way) to access previous tournament result's aswell download the replay's again. Maybe it is a glitch but the past few days i have not been able to find the replays on the bracket page that was very nice. If there are certain Pro player's who do not wan't there replay's widely available. If there is a reason not to have replay's I have not considered, More coverage of game's would be nice there are so many game's I would like to see but the main cast does not follow them. I really feel aswell that the caster's could move around a bit more and follow different player's, just by asking another matchup to wait before they begin. I can't count how many time's i have got up and left because the past 3 matchups have been TSLhyun vs several other people. It get's boring seeing one person in the same matchup over and over. Sometime's the tourny can be rather short if that is the case I would love to see the match for third place after or before the finals from time to time!. I would also love to see bigger name's more consistantly, there are definantly some big player's consistantly in playhem but more is better! The webcam's were nice, I hope you would bring them back! I must admit I do not like zoia's casting he seem's to have an elitist attitude aswell isn't fun to play fangame's with they are supposed to be fun and calling your teammates bad is a bad show of faith during fangames. I'm sure this has been mentioned in this thread, unfortunately I have not read all of the post's and this is a known problem already just figured i would add my say so that the scope of the situation can be shown more accurately. The way that he takes pride in his bad mannerism/elitism/rudeness is a bad thing, if he is proud to be an asshole it makes him more likely to act like one. I have heard him say im trying to be nicer then 5 minutes later brag about it again.

The trash talk during the fan games was going both ways so if you want to get upset about me trash talking also be mad about everyone else doing it. It was fun and everyone was having a good time with it sorry you only saw one side of that. I wouldn't call myself an elitist my style of casting is focused on trying to imrpove my viewers. I try and point out the flaws in plays so we can see how to improve. I can see how it comes off as cocky and arogant based off of the way I phrase I am working on improving how I word things. I wouldn't say I take pride in being rude or BM however. I appreciate the feedback just wanted you to know that everything going on in the fan games was just fun. Like I said the trash talk was going both ways.

Like I said the trash talk was going both ways. What I saw during the fan games was whomever the other caster was i forget now talking about the bet with football/soccer etc etc. That was fine and friendly, What I saw as harmful was comment's like my team is awful, i lost because it was zoia vs 4 other people my team didn't do anything. What is that Thor doing?!?! he is being useless! I truly felt bad for your teammates during that soccer game as they just silently sat there and took it as you called them bad and blamed them for losing. I don't see that as both way's, unless i missed some trash talk in PM's. People who do not know you on a personal level will take joking much differently, it is best to not use humor such as that with people whom you do not know. I'm not talking about your elitist attitude when you do your late replay show to improve the viewer's. I think it is good to point out the flaws in peoples plays and that should continue. However whenever you cast I personally get an elitist vibe from you. This comes from the way you word what you say. One example from tonight's cast was when you asked for questions one that popped up was how to get over ladder anxiety? There was a lengthy discussion on this but your opening statement was simply, Don't be a pussy, I could tank my ladder and not care. Saying something simply like, Getting over ladder anxiety is simple. Whether you play to win, for self betterment, or for fun you can see why you lost and see it as an opportunity to improve your play. Look at your replay figure out what went wrong what you could have done better. etc etc. I have met many people who just sound serious and insulting when they speak but really they are trying to just be funny and poke fun. Most people do this, however some people just can't properly convey the true meaning of the word's they use. In this case it may be better to not joke, or think and plan your words accordingly.Tone is something much more difficult to learn how to convey but generally if you pick your word's carefully tone will follow accordingly. Everyone can improve their own ability to communicate, myself included having perfect communication is difficult to master. Someone such as a caster who is in the public eye should be very careful in how they approach the public. Even in your post you could reword thing's to convey a completely different meaning, Looking at your very first sentence it read's, "The trash talk during the fan games was going both ways so if you want to get upset about me trash talking also be mad about everyone else doing it." You start by essentially attacking me, saying not to get upset about it to get upset about everyone else. Your point would be substantially less rude and even more a stronger point if you simply eliminated that. Saying "Trash talk was happening both ways, It was intended to be a bit of fun poking between myself and the other person.I apologize if you take my casting as elitist, I only intend the best for all party's by pointing out flaws in strategy so that people can learn from each others and/or their own mistakes or misjudgments."

I agree with everything said right here. I am obviously not a very diplomatic person. It does seem like I was attacking you with my first post and I'm sorry for that. I always appreciate the feedback and try to never take it personally. I'm constantly being coached by Robin and Frodan on how to imrpove the way I say things so I don't come off as a complete asshole. And you're right I do say things that make me seem like an asshole. For people who don't know me on a personal level or seen my casts before I come off as a complete dickhead. It's the main thing on the top of my head right now when casting is trying to word things correctly. I will be the first to admit that I am a very flawed caster. The fact that I have the opportunity to cast for such an amazing company is mind boggling. I appreciate the feedback hopefully over my next couple of casts I can show you that I'm not just some asshole and that I actually aim at improving the way I phrase things.

The casting schedule and caster list do not seem up to date, or they don't seem to really matter to you guys. This sucks for me, as I'm quite the biased individual and I can say I don't like watching some of the Playhem casters. It's difficult to for me to want to ensure I've free time to watch the NA daily when I'm not even sure if the casters I like will be there. I'd really appreciate if you could work on having a schedule which reflects the casters that'll be at that event. I understand the inability to always adhere to the schedule every single day, but the schedule shown here doesn't seem to have been followed hardly at all, and it seems a tad bit unprofessional. Since I first tuned in to Playhem in November I've been watching almost daily, though due to a lack of time on my part and the lack of certain casters who are no longer with Playhem actively, that is no longer the case. However I try and put as much time as I can towards watching when the casters I have come to love are casting. Robin, Kibbelz, Zoia, and Pokebunny are the only casters who I really set the time aside to watch anymore. I am also not a fan of either of the casters. One of the good thing about Playhem's SC2 casters is, they interact with the chat, these casters don't seem to do that at all. Perhaps you could encourage these casters to do so to make the experience more enjoyable for the viewers? Or find other casters who pull it off better, I know your SC2 casters are quite good at this, and I know at least Robin plays LoL. If you continue doing this League of Legends stuff, I'd be willing to watch (begrudgingly) if there is a Robin involved. With <3, Boognish Edit: Fixed a typo.

Step 1: Go to http://playhem.com/, then click the "Sign up" button (top right) and enter the necessary info (username, email etc.). Step 2: Now you need to find your character code and Starcraft 2 Battle.net profile. To do this, go to the Battle.net website for your respective area (NA, EU, Korea, China or SEA), log in using your normal Starcraft 2 account info, and then click on the huge Starcraft 2 button. Then, click on your in-game name in the upper right to see your character code (it'll be displayed right after your account name in the popout that appears - For example: someguy#736). Write that down or memorize it. Finally, copy the profile link from that same popout to the clipboard for later use. Step 3: Back on http://playhem.com/ , make sure you are logged in, and then click the "Games" button at the top-middle of the page, just to the right right of the Playhem TV logo. In the popout that just appeared you need to enter the information you just got from Battle.net. Paste the profile link into the field for the correct area, then the character code in the field next to it, and hit enter. Do NOT hit enter before having entered both of them. Once you hit enter, Playhem will read your public profile info for use in seeding, and you are done with the account setup. If you have accounts for more than one area, just repeat steps two and three to add these profiles to your Playhem account. Congratulations! You now have a working player account with Playhem and are ready to join Starcraft tournaments. To find a list of tournaments, go to http://playhem.com/tourneys or just follow the "Tournaments" link that now appears at the top of the main page (you only get that if logged in). From there, just click on the tournament you want to join, and once in the page for that tournament you will see a green "Join" button in the upper right of the page if you are eligible to play. If there's no join button, either it is too late to join the tournament or it is taking place in a Starcraft 2 realm for which you haven't registered an account. For example, you can't join tournaments played on the North American server if you've only registered an EU or China profile with Playhem. Once you've clicked the join button, you still need to check in shortly before the tournament starts to confirm that you are going to show. And that done, you are ready to play. Once the tournament starts, the Join page will magically morph into the tournament brackets, and you can see who your first opponent is. I hope that helps

Added a link to that guide to the Liquipedia page for the Playhem Daily. Hopefully that'll help cut down on the chat questions some.
