The responses to this Cruncher-Idra situation are pretty embarrassing, I can't believe that some of the stuff people have written has thought put into it. Take 20 seconds after you write the last sentence to read what you have said and determine how it reflects upon you as a person, this includes Idra's statement - and so many more in this thread since.
As for the situation itself, I'll have a hard time ever watching a Cruncher game again without having this in the back of my mind, and as much as I want to go to the top of the highest mountain and scream "Cruncher is a cheat!" I think I can restrain myself and that I will survive. Cruncher did just really hurt his chances of staying relevant in the StarCraft II scene for long though, as much as some of you say that Idra hurts his image on a daily basis, he has the kind of fans who can look past it. Cruncher doesn't have enough fans yet for this to just blow by without a sound, and he just pissed off one of the most rabid groups of fans in the game.

There's nothing remotely professional about CrunCher except his deathball, and his failed proxys. I don't agree with the ban
but of course TL is a well modded site (seriously), some people are so dumb on this thread...

I'm a fan of Idra but leveraging his stream against TL is quite petulant and serves no one. He loses out on ad revenue and we lose out on his commentary/entertainment.
The better response would have been to stream a lot more and have viewers watch on Justin.tv/Warpprism/Wellplayed/etc.

Just because it's the IdrA fan-club doesn't mean this thread should be for mod bashing does it. Anyone else would have been banned for saying that as well, whats the difference with IdrA? People need to have a reality check.

It was "a stupid dumb motherfucker", burster. For the same reason everyone is bashing the mods in this thread, because of Liquid's bias. This might be "your home", but you've become the hub for the SC community and YOU need to accommodate. It's a place for the people to voice their opinions, no matter who it's against.

Whether CrunCher cheated or not is besides the point. IdrA believed him to be cheating and his response was rather withdrawn if anything. Calling a competitor who you believe cheated a waste of life hardly seems like a bannable offense. The more I see this childish behavior from the tl staff the more I have reason to believe they have ulterior motives (like problems with eg and the insulting of huk).
