Honestly i think lol is a bad decision. As mentioned above - lol is more popular... so many good people will play. He will have to catch up. If he is right and SC2 is dying - i don't think it is - it is a ok choice... i guess. He is more entertainer than a pro sc2 player - he should stay on this ground. Play but don't try that hard. Do crazy stuff. Nydus. Drop. Make games fun again. Don't stress so much etc. I would like to see a hero sqad of infestors again. Plus stream upcoming new games etc... but stick to sc2. IMHO.
Steven said that he cares about sc2. If he doesn't lunch the game - apparently he doesn't. I understand him because it is his job and a way for living. Maybe if he get good in LOL he'll get 10k viewers? Idk.
I think that streaming sc2 like 80% of time and the other 20% some new games would be ideal.

Wait, he rly wants to make a carrier in LoL now ?

Don't even know why people like him and why his post on sc2 has so much answers.
And yet you just got trolled lol

RIP SC2 Destiny
Hello NeoDestiny

Imo we're gonna have a RIP NeoDestiny soon.

That will happen when HOTS comes out and we all get a taste of a better custom map UI, I believe destiny did play a role on the patch 2.0.1 where they have included clans now and have tried to spice up SC2 HOTS.
It is kinda funny they do it now after hearing the community almost break each other into parts. Idk I think destiny had a role on the patch but I guess others would disagree.
I hope HOTS will be the BW of SC2

...what's the point of playing the same char over and over ?
Is the skill lvl in NA serv lower than in EU btw (like in sc2) ? The last games I've saw he was just matched against a shitlot of scrubs, the same that I can be matched against if I was playing at 800 elo :/

watching old vods of destiny when he was still passionate about sc2, pretty good. Makes me sad hes switching to lol, specially since I'm pretty sure thats a bubble thats basically overdue to be popped. He wont get shit from it, especially since his demeanour on stream has been grumpy and depressed for months. No real opportunity to grow in the lol community if he keeps that up.

and what makes you so sure?
he's also been more positive and happy in recent weeks so I dunno what you're talking about

So he really dropped SC2 for good? I was wondering where his stream has been. I saw him at MoW for about 3 days and then he just dropped off. Really sad to see him go, even the standard games in high resolution and good music were keeping me up many a summer night.

Not sure why Steve decided to go with lol (popularity?:S), did he even try dota2? Or he can play both since he is 'new' to the genre. Not a very smart move to me for example i used to watch him alot back in 2010-11 but rarely nowadays, if steve played dota2 then ill definitely watch him and may be if i had enough laughs I will back to be a regular again.

Are most of you here subbed to my subreddit? If not, I can repost some of the stuff from there. Sorry to leave you hanging if you're not. :s

I don't use reddit, so I'm not subbed to subreddit. I was wondering if you'd officially switched to LoL now too. If you have, what are your short term goals in LoL? I take it you favour AD Carry too?

It's funny reading some of the comments.
"But LoL won't be popular... for much longer!"
"But LoL is casual!"
"But LoL isn't as fun to watch!"
Sounds exactly like SC2 compared to BW.

So it's only LOL now ? Really ? Too bad. Good bye Destiny. You were so good to watch with SC2. I wish you luck on LOL but since I think that game is so boring to watch/play, I won't stay here longer.

LoL is pretty boring. Actually you know what, it's SO boring, that more people watch/play it than Starcraft.
Weird how things work huh?

What i don't get is why is this still featured on the TL ''Highlights'',i mean i have nothing against seeing an sc2 pro play some other game sometimes, its even pretty fun (ToD Dayz,ect...) but i think the front page of TL should be reserved to real pro (by real pro i mean people who actually PLAY Sc2 or Dota2 ),its just like free advertising right now.
I'm not hating the person thought,i'll admit that i watched a lot of his stream in the past but to be honest i think it would be best for him to not be on the front page now.
