Anyone can report themselves I think, it's just a bad idea. If you really want to get yourself banned though...
1: Click the report button for any post to open it as a new tab.
2: Right click on the # link on whichever post belonging to you that you want to report.
3: Copy Link Location from the right click menu.
4: Paste the link location somewhere, and copy the numbers at the end.
5: Paste those numbers over the post_id= numbers on the page you opened a report post for.
6: Load the page again now you have that URL with the number for your post, and now you can report yourself.
Note to mods: I considered not posting this, but I can't imagine it causing you guys trouble but if it could somehow, I'm sorry.

Sure, you can counterharass with BFH and Cloaked Banshees, but the effectiveness of those two falls off in the mid game. It doesn't compare to ~30 blink stalkers blinking on the sides of your base.
And in regards to sensor towers - What does this matter? Honestly, even if you have sensor towers and can see blink stalkers coming, I'm at a loss for what you expect to be able to do against them. Unsiege from your front and move your entire tankline back and then siege up again? Run back the superduper cost-efficient 10 hellions to get smashed?

I wanted way WAY more restrictions, even as far as going off seniority/TL Veterans would be the first to get a key, and like 500 or 1000 posts minimum with a year. Hassybaby is a bit nicer than me.

Yeah, it's surprising a lot of the people getting banned have a join date of 2010. I sort of almost feel bad for them. (almost) I think the intent was to encourage contribution to TL, but I think it had quite the opposite effect. I think a better system was to require people to have a zealot/marine/zergling icon since that would take post count, join date, and post length into account. Oh well, I guess its still Hassy's perogative to choose whatever he wants. I suppose there's nothing stopping anyone from giving their dota key to whomever they want.
