Yes. And I realized this early enough. I use to reply to every single thread that I thought was interesting. Slightly overdid it and got a 30 day. Now I dont even feel the urge to open some threads anymore, those that earlier I'd have opened without a thought. My pre-ban philosophy was "leave a footprint", post-ban it is "share and discuss politely".
Having said that, 1k would be sweet. Im still just halfway on the article Im preparing for it.

The level of sycophantism on TL in general. Idra will post a one line all-caps sentence in a random thread and people will quote that for 3 straight pages and tell him how awesome he is for posting that one liner, completely ignoring the OP.
It's like when you see a friend going out with a really cute but vapid girl and then telling everyone how funny/witty this girlfriend is. Look, we get it, she's smoking hot and you love her, but it has fuck all to do with her jokes. Same with the celebrities of SC2. Sure, they do come out with insightful/hilarious posts every so often on TL (Jinro in particular), but Idra is not awesome for his all-caps one liners. He is awesome for his play and the personality he shows on screen. And yet people fall over themselves to compliment him for these posts that could come from anyone else and be completely ignored and/or hated on.
